If you are looking for a luxurious stress free break & if you love delicious Greek food, then this is the place to come. My wife and I stayed for 10 nights in May 2023. From the moment we arrived we were looked after well. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We like walking and the manager was pleased to show us many of the possible walks on his computer and made several helpful suggestions. The buffet breakfasts were plentiful and set you up for the day,whilst the superb choices of local cuisine in the evening were a delight. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean, we had a super room with seq view. Access to the beach was easy, sun beds always available by the pool and beach. Towels are supplied by the hotel. The hotel is on a typically Crete street, local shops cafe’s and restaurants are close by, There’s a supermarket next door and car hire right opposite the hotel. I forgot to bring my drivers licence from the UK, but luckily I had a photo on my phone which they were happy to use. We booked a Fiat Panda for couple of days, which is ideal for local roads and at a very reasonable price. Tip on catching the busy bus into Chania, there’s a few hotels close to each other here and the stop gets rather crowded. If the bus is full going to Chania, which it usually is when it comes by, they will often drive on because there are far too many people who want to get on. So don’t use the bus stop opposite the hotel, come out of the hotel cross the road and walk to your right for 5 minutes, you’ll find a small empty bus stop where the driver will stop and pick you up 😀 Since our return we have recommended this hotel to friends, two came in October 23 and had super time and 2 other couples who are due to visit summer.2024 The only complaint I have, although we walked miles we were not able to walk off the lovely food, the bathroom scales definitely didn’t seem to work quite as favourably upon our return home! Even though it was a business trip, I felt like I was on holiday, with a lovely team, a magnificent buffet that delighted my taste buds and a beautiful room that was a real pleasure to stay in. Recommended to my friends who were looking for family holiday and were teased by my photos

Nice well run hotel with friendly helpful staff. Restaurant self service with quality food and plenty of choice. Bar prices quite expensive. Bedroom well laid out and very clean. Well appointed beach bar overlooking sea and the hotels own beach. Would highly recommend.

“Perfect small hotel to explore northern Crete”

Just back from spending a week at this lovely beachside hotel. Staff are wonderful and the food is excellent. Everywhere is clean and everyone you meet very friendly. Location is perfect for exploring the north of the island. Highly recommend.
