“we enjoyed the stay”
The Aquila Porto Rethymnon was a very good type of family hotel. We liked to stay there. We found very competent, kindly und helpfully persons in all parts of the hotel. We can wish it to all customers visiting crete. A very good site to relax with very good stuff.

The hotel is excellent, good clean rooms, the staff are helpful and welcoming, the breakfasts and dinner are excellent but!!! We stay half board. We think it's a scandal that you charge six euros for a bottle of water at dinner. We are an elderly couple who have traveled a lot around the world, ... more

“Highly satisfied”
Very satisfied of the hôtel: room/ infrastructure / meal / hotel / staff / children activities… Everything is really clean / organized and as expected in a five star hôtel. I highly recommend to go there, with children or in couple.

“Best Hotel i ever was in.”
All employees are very friendly and helpful. I felt super comfortable in every situation. The Rooms are very clean and big enough. It gets cleaned every day thats what i love. A little thing what i dislike was that in the Rooms where only 2 Sockets but it was okay.

“Not good”
We got to the hotel on the 12th May 23 when we walked in the hotel and surroundings were lovely we went to our room which was on the 1st floor and the room was very basic not what I would call a 5star, we went down to ask for an iron and ironing board to be told they do not have them due to fire ... more
