We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed every part of our holiday here. What stood out from the very beginning was how warm, friendly and helpful the staff were. On our first day, they showed us around the hotel, answered all our questions with genuine kindness, and gave us very useful recommendations about places to visit in Bali. This welcoming attitude continued throughout our entire stay and made us feel very comfortable. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough, with a lovely large balcony. Coffee, tea and water were replenished every day, which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable, and we especially appreciated that there were different options from one day to the next rather than exactly the same selection every morning. The hotel also organizes a Cretan Night once a week, with traditional music and dancing. It was a fun and lovely way to experience a little bit of the local culture without even leaving the hotel. But for us, the highlight was definitely the beautiful bay in front of the hotel. The sea was incredibly clear, clean and calm, with almost no waves during our stay. The sheltered bay makes it a wonderful place for swimming and simply relaxing in the water. The hotel has its own sunbeds by the sea, and there were enough for guests whenever we went down. The views over the bay are beautiful as well, especially with the boats anchored in the distance. There is also a large and attractive swimming pool. We didn’t use it ourselves because the sea was simply too beautiful to resist! Overall, what made our stay special was the combination of the peaceful location, beautiful bay, comfortable rooms and, above all, the genuinely kind and welcoming people working at the hotel. We left with very happy memories and would gladly stay here again. The only small point we would mention is that the wardrobe space was a little limited, especially for a longer stay. A bit more storage space would make the room even more comfortable.

Most important and before any detail, an experience is mostly memorized by the people surrounding you. The team in this hotel is something that you always want to meet in every vacation you go. They all are very generous and one can feel it each moment and within every request or question we had. Great location - In my humble opinion, this is the best location compare to all surrounding options. The clif is 100% unique and special Simply loved the positive relaxed atmosphere that the team and the place fully support and contribute to it. Our room was very big, equipped with all what we needed including a Nespresso machine where the capsules were refilled every day - big well done! This hotel worth any penny that you pay :) Everything is clean and well maintained - another well bonus points

“would absolutely come back for a third time”

came here once in 2023, was so good we had to come back! amazing views, a private beach (with jumps), rooftop pool with a bar, super nice staff and overall chill vibes. very fun, really hope we come again

What tells more of a story about this fantastic hotel , is that 6 days after we left the hotel for a villa, I needed a bit of DIY help. I popped back in & the staff greeted my like a long lost friend. The amazing maintenance manager Christos loaned me tools & equipment to sort out my problem. You simply CANNOT underestimate this level of personal service.
