We stayed here recently for our first holiday abroad with our two children and couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff are amazing and so friendly, the hotel is immaculate and kept very well. The food was a highlight, we went half board. The meals are in a buffet style with so much choice, everything is fresh and delicious. I looked forward to breakfast each morning. Evening meals featured local dishes, Greek classics, lots of salads, handmade pizzas, pasta dishes, fish, various meat dishes, rice and vegetarian options, the list goes on! We stayed for 7 days and each day the food was different, never had a bad meal. The hotel has a private section on the beach about 3mins walk from the hotel. The kids loved the pools and there is also a spa should you want to treat yourself. Excursions around the island can be booked from shops just up the road and local supermarkets are a short walk. I would highly recommend staying here for a family holiday.

We returned home a month ago, but the wonderful feeling from our two week stay is still lingering, and once again, our expectations were completely surpassed. This was our fourth consecutive year here, and it speaks volumes that many of the same staff members are still here year after year. From the moment we arrived until we checked out 14 days later, we experienced warmth and helpfulness far beyond the ordinary. The team’s approach is wonderfully professional yet familial, and everyone makes a genuine effort to give guests the best possible experience every single day. Whether it was the smooth welcome at reception, the personal and attentive service in the dining room, or our fantastic chats with the chefs, every moment felt special. We also made regular use of the gym, which is clean, well equipped, and spacious enough to never feel crowded. We truly have only positive things to say and are already looking forward to returning next year!

“An excellent hotel, great food and facilities with excellent staff and service”

We had a wonderful time at Casa Adele. The 4 of us stayed in a 1 bed apartment, plenty of room for us all with a great sized balcony that looked over the pool. We had a wonderful time at Casa Adele. The 4 of us stayed in a 1 bed apartment, plenty of room for us all with a great sized balcony that looked over the pool. The best part of the stay though was the level of service from all the staff at the hotel, we didn’t need much as we’re well catered for but every encounter was polite, professional and courteous from reception to spa and lifeguard team all the way through to maintenance and cleaning staff. An excellent hotel, great food and facilities with excellent staff and service. Rethymno itself is a great little town to explore with kids as well.

Fantastic engagement from the staff. Friendly and fantastic service. Always with a smile. Two occasions small children in the gym, yes with parents, but they can hurt themselves. They should not run around in there at all. Because it’s not a playground.
