“Excellent”
The rooms are ok… maybe the balcony will be better if will be a little bit larger. The pillows are amazing and also the temperature in the room is quite good. The location of the hotel very good. 700-800m to all taverns and shopping markets… and also about 5-7min taxi from rethymnon city center /... more

“Creta Palace really goes the extra mile”
We’ve had the best stay. The quality and indulgence in every step of our stay was amazing. Great food, everything is super clean and the staff is so welcoming and kind. Great facilities for our girls (11 & 8). Also highly recommandable for eating glutenfree. So much attentention.

“Lovely family holiday”
We’ve recently spent 2 weeks at Grecotel Creta Palace with our 1 year old baby. It is well located and easy to get to. We had a few issues with the room on first night of our stay but they were quickly dealt with by the staff on shift, management however did not reach out to us without prompting ... more
