Perfect location, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice and cozy room and balcony view. Clean and comfortable beach. Nice and friendly service in beach area, cool idea with application where you can find a lot of useful information, additionally it envisaged possibility to order food and drinks online directly from menu and nice waitress bring it to you very soon. Very pleasant atmosphere in the evenings and with not annoying entertainment. Nights are very quiet despite the road which is situated close to the hotel. That moment was very important for us and deeply appreciated. Everything was fine. The place you want to return once again. By the way, there was a lot of repeaters.

We stayed at the Aegean Pearl hotel, a small, tidy hotel. The quality of service is good, the staff is helpful. The hotel is in a good location, close to the old town of Rethymno, a 15-20 minute walk away, there are buses and taxis nearby, you can also rent a scooter and a bicycle. In the evenings, the hotel hosts events. A couple of things surprised us because we had never encountered them anywhere, such as the fact that there is water, juice or coffee during breakfast, but in the evening you have to buy it, even though breakfast, lunch and dinner were ordered. After talking to other travelers, we realized that this is almost everywhere here. The second thing that surprised us was the incident with the parking lot, we rented a car and they brought it directly to the hotel and parked it in the parking lot. We traveled for several days and everything was ok, but one day we found a leaflet stuck up urging us not to park our car here. We went to the reception and asked what the problem was, they told us that everything was ok, wrote down the car number, parking number and said everything was ok, no problems. The next morning we found the same warning again. We were just surprised by such a situation. Since we had already left, we simply did not pay attention to it. Later, at the reception they explained that we had to put some kind of paper there and leave it outside the car window, but no one ever explained why they did not give us that paper when we picked up the car keys.

“Great hotel”

Great hotel. Very clean. Food good. Very friendly staff, especially, Vanna, Ionna and Iro in the restaurant. Plenty of sunbeds. It was our 2nd visit, will definitely book again.

Location was super; just across the street was beach, where you can rent beach-chairs with umbrella 7eur/day; also you can order drinks and food and all is delivered for you. Location was super; just across the street was beach, where you can rent beach-chairs with umbrella 7eur/day; also you can order drinks and food and all is delivered for you. Pool water was in the beggining of June already very warm and enough chairs also there; in reception you could get any time refreshing glass of water. Breakfast and dinner - a lot of variety of things + at breakfast freshly squeezed orange juice and some smoothie; prices for evening drinks - water 2.50 (1 l) and wine prices from 5-6.- (glass); ladies serving are very friendly. A bit different was that coffee was served in a coffee pot. Our room was a bit old but mostly everything was there - missed just one power outlet beside another bed and it was a bit inconvenient to use the shower because the faucet controls were not in the usual place. Cleaning and changing towels in rooms daily, beah towels 3 times per week. Also had some toiletries, spacious closet, mini-fridge, TV, wifi very good. Every night had some evening program; car rent, shops, restaurants in every corner. If you need to do check-out and have your transfer later - you can still stay there - shower-room is usable free of charge :) Would definately go back :)
