We stayed for 2 weeks in July and we were so happy with this hotel!! Our room was beautiful, very modern and clean. The location of this hotel is 10/10. We knew before traveling that there were only a few sun beds by the pool so we sat on the beach every day and this was fine - only a few steps to the pool and bar, we used the pool. Yes we had to pay for the sun beds on the beach but they do not charge extra for air con (like some hotels) - so we didn’t feel paying for the beds was an issue. We were all inclusive but only ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel because Stalis has so many wonderful restaurants. We felt that paying the extra for all inclusive for day time drinks, breakfast and lunch was really good value and kept our costs down. There was nothing wrong with the food at night, we simply enjoy eating out at different places. We liked the feel of this hotel, including the different buildings - our room was in man building, we ate at the restaurant in another building and spent most days on the beach / pool bar. It didn’t feel like an all inclusive (which we liked). Stepping out from the reception bar straight onto the main strip was perfect! We slept well - beds comfortable and didn’t hear any noise from the strip or the main road. We found all of the staff helpful, polite and friendly. Arian (?) at the pool bar, Mario at reception bar were great throughout. The ladies on reception were so helpful, answering questions, providing information and sorting out late check out - excellent customer service and happy to WhatsApp us! Also special shout out the the lovely waiter in the restaurant, he was always so smiley and happy and cleared our table fast every day. Pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would stay again! Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful holiday!! :)

Perfect place to relax, very kind hotel staff, clean rooms, tasty food and beer, the location is perfect, very close by the beach, and also the pool bar my favorite place, and the barman Arian very kind person, every drink came with a joke or a laugh. Also its on the main strip of stalis, so even during the evening you can go take a walk around busy stalis streets with shops, food. Enyoing my stay here.

Came here for a week for my auntie’s 70th, there was 8 of us all family stopping in this hotel. All the party booked a double room with balcony apart from one room that was upgraded to a beach front view with balcony. Unfortunately one of the rooms we received did not have a balcony or window and we were told by hotel staff they couldn’t be moved until night 5 of the hotel because the hotel was fully booked. Postivies The hotel is extremely clean, the staff work very hard keeping it up to a highly standard. If you have an issue with your room, for example our air con was leaking, the maintenance was sent up to deal with it straight away. The upgraded room next to the beach is absolutely beautiful, it really is worth paying for that upgrade and made our stay better. (I will include the photos of this in my review) The location is excellent, literally in the strip but none of us had any concerns about noise or anything. The beds in all rooms are extremely comfortable, actually one of the best beds I have had at a hotel abroad. The negatives The food is very repetitive and not a lot of choice, we found we had to eat out a lot. Thankfully didn’t have any children with us but noticed if our children was they would struggle with the options provided at the all inclusive. I question about this hotel advertising of all inclusive. You cannot get a drink from the hotel reception/ bar until 6pm. The pool bar does not open until 10am and you literally have 3 choices of alcoholic drinks, white/ red wine or beer. The beer tastes very weak, you could actually drink it all day long and it still not have any effect. I just wouldn’t even bother with the wine. The pool, well what an absolute joke. 11 sunbeds for all the hotel guests and it doesn’t open until 10am. You get people queuing from 8:45 everyday. There is a few also on the Astro turf grass area but again they are claimed very early. If you want a sunbed on the beach you have to pay the hotel €5 a sun bed, per day. The standard hotel rooms are like a box and not much room for anything. The bar staff at both the reception and pool csn appear grumpy at first but once you understood them they were a little friendlier. I wouldn’t stay here again because the pool issue and not having enough Sun loungers. I would definitely recommend not to go all inclusive if you book.
