My husband and I booked Elements as our first overseas holiday in a number of years. We’d both wanted to visit Santorini but were keen to avoid the high season and have a relaxing week. Elements surpassed our expectations. The entire team were helpful, considerate and made the holiday special. We ate in the restaurant on a few nights and because of when we went were usually the only customers there. It wasn’t the speediest service but the food was high quality and to be honest, we weren’t in any rush. The rooms are well proportioned and comfortable, stylish and modern. The hot tub is good though I wish it was just a little bit bigger. The breakfast selections were great and having it delivered to your terrace each morning was a luxury I didn’t know I needed. Santorini itself is beautiful and the sunsets are unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere. I would go back to the island and this complex in a heartbeat.

Just spent 4 nights here and all the reviews are accurate. It’s really an amazing place with amazing views, facilities and staff. We just wanted 4 days of doing nothing so did not leave the resort other than to wake down the hill to the supermarket, walk through the alleys of the town and eat out at some of the tavernas nearby. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves as other guests went out for the day. The place is spotless, staff can’t do enough and there is a lovely spot to watch the sunset (although not sure they need to play music on speakers as the sun is setting). Highly recommended and would definitely return.

When we arrived the staff were pleasant and the views were amazing, everything about the holiday was amazing the hotel lacked in menu and drinks a pool bar is needed and maybe better holiday atmosphere. It was very clean and tidy. On the 3rd day we used the hot tub and as advised rinsed in the shower before entering, On the 5th day a staff member advised that the hot tub had broken as the one time we went in we had oil on us and that they would try to fix this however we maybe charged which we were a bit shocked about, we had our lunch in the restaurant on the 6th day and had not been in the hot tub since the 3rd day as instructed. Whilst in the restaurant on the 6th day a staff member advised the hot tub was fine and there would be no charge and if we wanted to we could use it again, we opted to stay by the pool and then for dinner in the village. When we were leaving and settling the hotel bill they charged us €150 for the hot tub and as the staff member said we had gone back in it which we had not and that we had broke it again, we asked if they had cameras so that we could prove we had not but unfortunately they had not, it wasn’t the fact of the money it was because we were told we were lying and had gone in the hot tub that was very upsetting and put us in a negative frame of mind to leave such a wonderful holiday.

Let me start off by saying the views, was amazing. During check in, my wife had left her wallet back home, which had her drivers license and all her credit and debit cards. She booked the hotel well in advance, as she is explaining to the front desk, the lady was acting as if she booked it with someone’s else card. I had my son send a picture of the card that she had used to book the hotel she wouldn’t even look at it. I mean why take a chance to use someone’s else card then travel all the way to Greece to take that chance of having to show the card that’s not yours, crazy. But overall. We had an amazing time. We ate at an old castle, the food was amazing, the cook was so polite friendly she made our day her name is nickola I think it’s spelled that way she was amazing so sweet can’t wait to go back.
