Me and my boyfriend went over for my birthday and it was just fabulous we felt so welcomed and cared for from the minute we checked in, I didn’t catch the ladies name on reception but she was so friendly and helpful and showed great knowledge of not just the hotel but the island in general, all the staff are so friendly, our server Maria in the bar was so helpful, even when there were many others around she came over to make sure we were okay for everything and made sure we had everything we needed never let us go too long without checking in and always served us with a smile. The hotel itself was very well kept, rooms were fabulous and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view was absolutely phenomenal also so I would definitely recommend a pool view room, I think if you’re thinking of staying in Santorini, this is the ideal place to stay as it’s only a short drive to the main spots. The food was absolutely delicious but I do think a bit more option would be great for breakfast as I thought for the price there definitely should have been a bit more choice but the food they had was very good. To finish off this review I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Stefan who served us at the bar, he was the highlight of our trip, extremely friendly took great care of us and is just genuinely a huge asset to this hotel, he went above and beyond for us making sure we had the best time possible, engaged in great conversation about the island and was just such a genuinely nice man.

“Beautiful Views and Quiet Stay”

Andromeda Villas is about a 7-minute walk from the bus stand, which was very convenient. The hotel even had printed bus schedules available at reception — a small but very helpful touch. We stayed in rooms 10 and 11, located at the end of the balcony area, which gave us a good amount of privacy. Room 10 is right below the staff rest area, so it did get a bit noisy during the day, but it wasn’t a major issue. The views over the caldera and the sunsets were absolutely stunning — truly one of the highlights of our stay. Since we visited in late October, it got quite chilly after 6 pm, so definitely bring some warm clothes if you plan to sit outside and enjoy the view. Be prepared for a few steps! There’s a lift connecting the reception, restaurant, and pool area, but some walking up and down stairs are unavoidable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, with limited options — likely because the hotel was about to close on the 1st of Nov. We appreciate the late check out as our pick-up was at 12.45pm. The room itself was very comfortable, though the bathroom design could be improved. The shower glass partition is quite narrow, so water tends to splash onto the side of the toilet and bath mat. Overall, a beautiful property with unbeatable views and a relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel appears initially small from the roadside but it extends far down…500 plus steps down! Reception is at the bottom of the hotel and there are two lifts for parts of the journey. All credit to the man who runs up and down with the luggage. The home made lemonade was welcomed on arrival. The hotel appears split into sections with a newer and a more exclusive part. The top half appears older, more basic but traditional in appearance. The room was a good size with sink and fridge but the smell of drains from the bathroom was overpowering at times. We had to leave the light/extractor fan on all the time but to little avail. The sun loungers were comfortable, towels are provided but the pools were too cold to swim in. The view from the pool bar seating area was stunning and there was a good selection of food. Loved the club sandwich. It’s in a good location within easy walk of Fira and a more challenging walk to Oia but worth it. Lots of restaurants nearby, although you do pay for the views. The venue is clearly a popular choice for weddings with at least one per day if not more. This meant the hotel was full and there was no possibility of a room move or having it longer on the day of departure.
