“Perfect stay”
Nice small boutique hotel. Perfect location near the lake. Elena was the best hostess we ever had. Breakfast was lovely. All was just perfect, will definatelystay again next time in ioannina.

We had a lovely stay in Lithia. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All our needs were well catered for. Nice toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities and good air con. “Do stay at the Lithia - I want to return!”
Everything about the place made you most welcome. Very convenient location so close to the beautiful lake, and, best of all, really excellent breakfasts. They can't do enough for everyone! Lots of helpful hints about where to eat and what to do. Kettle and hairdryer in room plus English news on TV.

Exceptional stay right in the heart of Ioannina. New boutique hotel that has 12 newly designed rooms with all the amenities. We stayed for our Anniversary and they surprised us with a heart decoration on the bed… great attention to detail. Owners are exceptional! Would highly recommend
