Amazing hotel we had castle room which was superb. Great host and staff. So so clean I cannot fault this hotel and will be back next year. Thank you to our great driver Sam to and from airport courtesy of hotel. Also shuttle bus in day and evening if required. Brilliant all round thank you.

The hotel looks new, so everything is up to date and in working order. The room was a bit small, but typical size for places of this type. The hotel looks new, so everything is up to date and in working order. The room was a bit small, but typical size for places of this type. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent, the shower and toilet were new and nice, and there was a tiny balcony. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Since the hotel is located on the slopes of a mountain, to get to some of the rooms (sector B) you have to go down a lot of stairs. But since I was alone, the staff helped with luggage. The hotel is about 1.5 kilometers from the city center. It's a pleasant walk downhill. The hotel runs shuttles several times a day, so you can avoid the effort of going uphill or downhill to and from the center. There is private parking at the hotel, which is very convenient, as there is a parking shortage in the area. The breakfast was a bit disappointing—it was meager and not worth the price (the breakfast was an additional charge).

We absolutely loved the hotel, the modern decor & overall attention to detail is just wonderful. We absolutely loved the hotel, the modern decor & overall attention to detail is just wonderful. Bedroom (906) - in the new block with balcony & distant sea views of Paxos.  It was a very quiet room, no road noise and we slept so well.  King size bed with quality mattress & bedding.  Free air con, safe & fridge, nice touch to provide 2 x bottles of water on arrival.  Kettle, cups & wine glasses provided. Mosquito screen across the patio window.  Plenty of sockets. Bathroom - modern fittings, powerful hairdryer with 2 settings, great power shower with shower gel provided, fluffy white towels replaced as required. Open wardrobe - (no drawers) with just 5 x hangers so bring extras if needed. We used our packing cubes as storage, which worked fine for us over the 14 nights.   WiFi- slow in the bedroom but good in the lounge, breakfast , reception areas. Extras - We hadn't booked a b&b package so paid 12 euros pp for the buffet which was absolutely fine.  Usual Greek fayre of breads, jam, yoghurt, fruit, honey, cereals, omelette, boiled & fried eggs, pastries, cake and a very good coffee machine. Greek room tax - 5 Euros per room per night. Staff - simply amazing, Kostas and his team were very kind and helpful, they kept the rooms and outside areas immaculate.  You won't find a cleaner hotel! Location - 15 mins walk down to Valtos Beach and the same distance down into town.  If you don't want to do the walk, the hotel's free minibus service is a massive bonus to/from both the beach & town.   Parga town is very busy on an evening, great atmosphere but it was so nice to return to the peaceful location of the hotel. We booked online with Easyjet & think this hotel package was excellent value for money. We hope to return to the Parga Princess and if budget allows, we'd consider paying the supplement for a sea view room in the main building.
