Every part of the hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room & balcony were amazing. The location is perfect. We highly recommend this hotel & look forward to returning. This is a lovely hotel for able boded people I was disabled and was lucky I was in a low floor room I stayed there 3 years ago which was brilliant y and found the family more quiet this time and not as friendly but it was end of season there is steps and I found it very slippy to go for breakfast which is continental and unable to do steps had to ask the very kind gentleman to carry my tray everyday as there steps up and down for breakfast very small pool area so glad it was nearly end of season spotless clean and bar inside and out if your not going out fantastic stay but just a few problems been disabled the reception are very helpfull and friendly just the couple of problems for me or it would have been 5 star

We loved the hotel, the rooms and hotel facilities were spotless. Everyone working there were so friendly; a special shout out to both Alex's, Billy and Pete. Our only issue was the sunbeds situation. The pool is small, with a limited number of beds, however our room overlooked the pool and would see a member of staff reserving beds with grey towels for 'regulars'. We would then go to the beach or a nearby apartment to use their pool. Often if we returned several hours later these beds were unoccupied with the towel still folded. Not only is this unfair, it means the hotel is losing money as we would have happily bought drinks and lunch here. Would we return? 100% if we could be sure this practise was stopped, otherwise no, which is such a shame as everything else was perfect.

Just got back from a week in Kardemena. Stayed at the Agrelli which I have to say, the staff were brilliant and could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Large pool which we didnt use sadly, and again it was crystal clear. Our apartment was probably a bit on the small side but for a week we got round it. Downside was the bathroom, a cat would struggle to turn round in the shower, imagine what a 6ft 2" geezer had to go through. The glass divide is fixed near the entrance with a gap of about an inch underneath, so when you were showering a river of water found its way onto the bedroom floor. Shower head holder was about to fall off the wall which caused the shower head to move about and soak the toilet and everything else it fancied if you were unlucky enough not to catch it in time. Once we got out the shower, it was hold onto everything you can as the floor was half inch deep in water. To be fair, that was the only minus. George, Jimmy and Billy were brilliant as were the receptionist staff. Weather was stifling, but get into a bar asap and all is good! If you like seafood, you've come to the right place but try Teratsa restaurant, lovely old boy who talked us through whats what! But Alexandrias was woefull. Sardines looked like Whitebait tossed onto the plate, no garnish or salad dressing and the stuffed vine leaves, pretty sure they came out a tin. Heard good things about Anemos but sadly ran out of time to try the food. Would we go back to Kardemena? probably not. Sitting in bars and restaurants all day isnt our thing, but then if you like sun bathing and boat trips, go try!
