Stunning views and wonderful pools. The infinity pools are especially nice. The cocktails are of good quality, and the best ones can be found at the lounge bar. Make sure to book the different à la carte restaurants in advance. The BBQ restaurant had the best service, with a friendly manager who takes the time to explain how everything works and what you can order. Before arriving, I read many reviews and noticed quite a lot of criticism about the food. Personally, what I like most about this hotel is that almost everything can be ordered à la carte, even in the main restaurant, except for breakfast and desserts. The Med restaurant was my favorite. My main feedback regarding the food is not about the quality, but rather the service. Staff do not always take the time to explain how things work, which is a pity. For example, during brunch at the Med restaurant, you see a welcome basket with bread and pastries and assume it is included for everyone, but you actually need to order it. You can choose from different egg dishes, but also yogurt, which was absolutely delicious. Some dishes are prepared exceptionally well, such as the giouvetsi and the sea bass. If you are looking for a vacation focused on complete relaxation and amazing views, this is definitely the place to be.

We returned yesterday from one week at Summer Palace and loved every minute. Highly recommend the suite if you can afford the upgrade, room was huge, good sized private pool and wrap around balcony with sun all day. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Stunning 10/10 room. We came with children aged 11 and 8, 8 year old being very fussy. I would say the food is not great for children or fussy eaters. They loved the pizza which they basically lived on. However, we researched the food beforehand and emailed the staff. Shout out to Konstantinos Kampouris who came to find us on our holiday following our email and bent over backwards to accommodate us doing more than we could have imagined. It really made this holiday outstanding. They didn’t need to do that for us but they went above and beyond. Really impressed with that. The beach was lovely, no issues getting beds when we wanted them. Everyone has access to the Mitsis Norida slides for the kids which was great, also has a shared bar at this pool so you don’t have to go back to your own hotel for drinks. We visited the Blue Domes during our visit thanks to Konstantinos Kampouris and the team and this hotel is also great, food is much better for kids however, hotel itself not as pretty and relaxing. Between the two of them though it was 10/10. Dont listen to the reviews about food, yes service can be slow but they are busy, all staff went above and beyond to make our stay brilliant. We visited Kos and kardemena town, both great for shopping and cats! We also hired a car and did lots of local experiences which was great, all sorted in the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel it truly is beautiful, if you love instagrammable pictures this is the hotel for you. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Location was good, close to airport and only 10 minutes from main town. Hotel, sun loungers and rooms were all very clean and tidy. Beautiful views and nice modern feel around the hotel. The older part of the hotel was a bit dated but still nice. We were very lucky to be upgraded during our stay and the newer rooms were much nicer. If you’re not good with stairs don’t book here. Main restaurant was really not great, the food was bad. Food felt very rushed, most of the time came out cold or hard. Minimal flavour and not a lot of options. You also get attacked by birds at breakfast! Really would NOT recommend eating in the main restaurant and would NOT recommend room service either. Also if you’re gluten free you’re very limited. The à la carte restaurants were better but still not amazing, I have had much better food elsewhere in Greece. The wait times in the Italian restaurant are long so prepare to wait. BBQ one was nice but they give about two slices of veg which was annoying and not a lot else to go with the meat.The pizza, gyros and the vegan/vegetarian place were the best food items you could get. Drinks were good! It was annoying that each bar had different ones so you couldn’t get ones you liked from one bar at another. In the rooms, you got a nice coffee machine and mini bar refilled everyday! You could get bottled water in the rooms but not at any bars or restaurants which was annoying. Staff were friendly and very helpful! But the cleaners were very noisy, which was a pain, they would shout at each other down the corridors. They did do a good job though and were very sweet. Sun loungers were super comfy and there were lots to choose from on the beach, never got one round the main pool though as there isn’t many and people would put there towels on them early in the mornings. I could imagine in the busier months you’d be hard pushed to find a lounger. Entertainment was good. There was a guy one night he called himself Daddy cool. He was brilliant, so much fun had us all dancing till 2am! Was brilliant! The bar staff down at the bbq stayed just for us they were so good and kind to us all. Overall was nice but we won’t be going back.
