First in Finnish then in English Seurueemme ikähaitari noin 70 vuotta. Hotelli oli tyylikäs ja viihdyimme hyvin. Ruoka ja all inclusive juomat hyviä. Huoneeseen olimme tyytyväisiä. Lomailimme sviitissä, josta ei ollut etukäteen saatavilla kuvia. Sviitissä oli kaksi huonetta, joiden välissä lukittava ovi. Kummassakin huoneessa oma wc ja suihku. Kummastakin huoneesta pääsy parvekkeelle, josta iloksemme oli merinäköala. Toisessa huoneessa oli parisänky ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Vauvan sänky mahtui hienosti kumpaan vaan huoneeseen. Huomiona lapsiperheille, että hotellin alueella oli paljon rappusia eli lastenrattaita joutuu kantamaan jonkin verran, ellei halua kiertää pidempää esteetöntä reittiä. Riippuu paljon huoneen sijainnistakin, koska alue niin valtava. Koosta kertoo esimerkiksi se, että eräänä iltana kiersin alueen ympäri hitaasti kävellen ja aikaa siihen upposi noin 30 minuuttia. Ohjelmaa oli joka päivä sekä viihdyttäjäporukan järjestämänä (esim. vesijumppa, beach volley) ja iltaisin hotellin ravintolassa tai teatterissa. Plussia + Hotellilla kuljetuspalvelu tulo- ja lähtöpäivinä, jotta matkatavaroita ei tarvitse raahata itse pitkiä matkoja. + Infopisteellä sai aina helposti asiat selviksi. + Rannassa melkein joka ilta ilotulitus. + Altailla aina vapaita tuoleja, koska altaita niin paljon. Muutama kehityksen kohde: - Hotellihuoneen kummassakin wc-pöntössä oli ominaisuus tai vika, että toisesta painikkeesta huuhtelun jälkeen vettä saattoi valua suoraa pönttöön sen sijaan, että vesisäiliö olisi täyttynyt. Pahimmillaan teki tuota noin 3 tuntia eli vettä meni järkyttävä määrä hukkaan. - Osan tarjoilijoista englannin kielen taito todella heikkoa. - Aamupalalla kahvi ja mehu tuotiin pöytään. Välillä kahvia sai odotella pitkään eikä se ollut kovin kuumaa ja mehu tuotiin automaattisesti kamalan suurissa kolpakoissa. Mehua näkyikin jäävän asiakkailta pöytiin litratolkulla. - Ravintolassa kova meteli. Löytyi onneksi yksi hiljaisempi soppi. - Ohjelma pitäisi olla näkyvillä paremmin. Huomasimme sattumalta merenrannalle mennessä ohjelmiston alikulkutunnellissa (kummallinen paikka). Iltaesitykset saattoivat olla jossain muualla, mitä ohjelmarungossa oli kerrottu. - Hankala hotellin valvoa, mutta huomiona, että mikäli ihmiset ottaisivat tavaransa mukaan lähtiessään merenrannalta, niin kaikille todennäköisesti riittäisi rantatuoli. The age range of our party was about 70 years. The hotel was stylish and we had a great time. The food and all inclusive drinks were good. We were happy with the room. We stayed in a suite where there were no pictures available in advance. The suite had two rooms with a lockable door between them. Both rooms have their own toilet and shower. Both rooms had access to the balcony, which to our delight had a sea view. One room had a double bed and the other had two single beds. The baby's bed fit nicely in either room. As a note for families with children, there were a lot of stairs in the hotel area, so you have to carry a stroller to some extent if you don't want to go around a longer accessible route. It also depends a lot on the location of the room, because the area is so huge. The size is indicated, for example, by the fact that one evening I walked around the area slowly and it took about 30 minutes. There was a program every day both organized by a group of entertainers (e.g. water aerobics, beach volleyball) and in the evenings in the hotel restaurant or theater. Pluses + The hotel has a shuttle service on arrival and departure days, so you don't have to drag your luggage yourself for long distances. + At the information desk, it was always easy to figure things out. + Fireworks on the beach almost every night. + There are always free chairs at the pools, because there are so many pools. A few areas for development: - Both toilet bowls in the hotel room had a feature or defect that after flushing with one button, water could flow directly into the toilet instead of filling the water tank. At worst, I did that for about 3 hours, so a shocking amount of water was wasted. - Some of the waiters have very poor English skills. - At breakfast, coffee and juice were brought to the table. Sometimes you had to wait a long time for coffee and it wasn't very hot and the juice was automatically brought in horribly large glasses. Customers seemed to have litres of juice left on the tables. - Loud noise in the restaurant. Luckily we found a quieter corner. - The program should be more visible. By chance, we noticed the programm in the underpass on the way to the seashore (a strange place). The evening performances could be somewhere else than what was stated in the program. - It is difficult for the hotel to supervise, but note that if people took their belongings with them when leaving the seashore, there would probably be enough beach chair for everyone.

“September fun”

Brilliant staff very helpful went to a lot of trouble to ensure we had a great stay. Lots of nice pools which were never crowded, sandy beach, great food.
