We returned from a weeks stay at this hotel a week ago. We were 6 ladies in our 60's. When we first checked in we realised we were nowhere near each other. We had the best room. A junior suite overlooking the pool near the Greek restaurant. Our friends had been placed in rooms elsewhere in the hotel. This was disappointing, particularly as one of our friends has mobility issues. However, after 2 nights they were all moved. One set of friends moved to the room next door to us and the others were directly below us. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff all go above and beyond and always greet you with a smile. We had breakfast and lunch in the Greek restaurant as it was convenient for us, but in the evening we mostly went to the main restaurant. We also really enjoyed our A La Carte experience. It made a nice change to have our meals served to us. I only have 2 small criticisms, but didn't want to give our experience 4 stars instead of 5 because of this Firstly, I am coeliac, and alot of the food wasn't labelled, particularly in The Greek restaurant, so this did make things a bit difficult for me. Secondly, the drinks at the beach bar really weren't that good. I love the atmosphere there, but sadly the drinks weren't great. The drinks on the Verandah terrace in the evening were so much better. However, overall we did have a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. We don't tend to return to places but I certainly would never say never. What a little gem of a resort… love it. Definitely will return. Lush location, fabulous suite, excellent staff especially Dennis and Christina in the pool bar, every day polite, friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to return. Thank you all staff at this lovely place.

After being informed at the end of April that the Beach Front Suite I had booked and paid for in February 2026 was no longer available, I contacted my travel agency to verify whether the proposed alternative— a Junior Suite with sea view— was also located close to the beach. I explained that I was travelling with my nearly 80‑year‑old mother and that minimizing physical strain for her was essential. The agency assured me, unfortunately only by phone, that the new suite would also be close to the beach. Upon arrival, however, we were assigned a suite in a part of the hotel located on a slope and the farthest from the beach. To reach the beach or even the restaurant, I had to request transportation for my mother each time. This situation was extremely inconvenient and contrary to the purpose of our original booking. I reported the issue both at the reception and to the travel agency’s representative. Unfortunately, the representative showed little willingness to resolve the situation. What truly saved our holiday was the exceptional support of your Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Alisa Dedaj. She was absolutely outstanding. Thanks to her initiative and professionalism, my mother and I were moved the very next day to a suite from which my mother could comfortably reach the beach, the restaurant, and the pool. She even sought us out personally to ensure everything was in order. Her approach was exemplary and fully reflected the standards of a five‑star hotel. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to her. I would also like to thank all other staff members, especially the restaurant team and Olena in particular, for their kindness and excellent service. The rooms were beautifully equipped and spotless, and the food was truly first‑class. Despite the initial complications, my mother and I enjoyed our stay very much, and we would be delighted to return to your hotel in the future.

Just returned from a two-week stay in a Premium Junior Suite with a sea view. Having stayed in a number of five-star hotels, I struggle to agree with this hotel's five-star rating. It has the potential to be a very good four-star hotel, but there are several areas that currently fall short of the standards I would expect from a genuine five-star property. First impressions weren't great. While checking in, two members of staff were carrying out a young guest who had clearly had too much to drink. We were then invited to grab a drink while waiting for our luggage to be taken to our room. Unfortunately, this first experience was somewhat spoiled by two piles of sick next to the bar and seating area. Thankfully, we didn't witness anything similar for the remainder of our stay. The Premium Junior Suite itself was pleasant enough and the sea views were fantastic. However, we were disappointed that there were no bathrobes or slippers provided despite these being listed as part of the upgraded room package. The bedroom TV had no HDMI connection, and the lounge TV repeatedly switched itself on without warning. The staff were undoubtedly one of the hotel's strongest assets. A huge thank you to Colina, who helped my husband on the first day when he became dehydrated and quickly got him sorted. Waitress Joy was always smiling and friendly, and Christina at the swim-up bar was equally welcoming and chatty throughout our stay. One thing we did notice was that service levels seemed noticeably better whenever senior management were present. Restaurant staff appeared more attentive, quicker to serve, and generally more engaged during these periods. The Sunday evening DJ was definitely a highlight and, in my opinion, the best entertainment of the week. However, if you wanted to enjoy the evening outside, getting a seat was another matter entirely. There simply isn't enough outdoor seating for the number of guests, which is a shame given the lovely surroundings. The views were stunning, and having multiple pools was a real plus. We found the pool closest to reception generally still had sunbeds available after 10am, but the other two pools were effectively full before 8am every day. The ongoing sunbed reservation culture remains a problem here. A word of advice: only leave the hotel's towels on the sunbeds. One of our personal towels mysteriously disappeared during our stay. If someone accidentally packed it in their suitcase, I hope they're enjoying it! If you're planning on using the beach, sea shoes are definitely recommended. Even with them, the entry into the sea is extremely slippery. Unlike many other hotels we've visited, there are no steps or handrails into the water, which feels like a missed opportunity considering the conditions. We also experienced an issue with the blackout curtains in our room. They didn't fully cover the window, allowing light into the room early each morning. When maintenance attended, they fitted an additional curtain, but it wasn't a blackout curtain and the method used raised a few eyebrows. An outdoor table was brought inside with an outdoor chair balanced on top to reach the fitting point. It wasn't exactly what you'd expect from a hotel of this standard. The most disappointing incident occurred with housekeeping. Some cash that had been left in our room was assumed to be a tip and taken. When we explained that it had not been intended as a tip, there appeared to be little interest in resolving the issue until reception became involved. The matter was eventually sorted, but it was an uncomfortable situation that could easily have been avoided. Overall, we had a good holiday thanks to the beautiful views, excellent weather, and several outstanding members of staff. However, there are enough inconsistencies and service issues that I personally wouldn't class this as a true five-star experience. With some attention to detail and improvements in a few key areas, it could become the 5 -star hotel it has the potential to be.
