I can’t fault a single thing with this hotel. Our flight was delayed so we were later than expected but the night manager and staff had prepared us sandwiches for our arrival - it’s all about the small touches. We were taken to our rooms and our luggage was carried up by a lovely man whose name I forgot. Every member of staff was so friendly and nothing was too much for them. I would like to mention 2 staff members who stood out, firstly Christina in the upper pool bar who always greeted us with a smile even on the busier days - she is worth her weight in gold. There was also a male bar person who worked with her whose name I forgot but worked very hard and ensured all holiday makers had a wonderful time. The second member of staff to mention was the restaurant supervisor in flavours Colina. Each morning she greeted us with a smile, knew what drinks we wanted on the table and was as soon as our tea/coffee was empty was there with another. The Pool areas and beach were extremely clean and tidy, my advice e to people visiting is to take water/beach shoes as the beach is all rocks.

“Fabulous holiday”

Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. We went as a family of 3 and everything was fabulous the food, the service, the staff. Very relaxing atmosphere lovely chilled entertainment in an evening. Will definitely go back. Big shout out to George on the main reception, could not do enough for us.

Our family stayed at Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites for ten nights in August 2026 and had a fabulous time. It's a lovely hotel - we had a two bedroom apartment which was spotlessly clean. The weather was exceptionally hot but the air conditioning was excellent. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. The Dimitra team is very friendly and efficient. We had a small problem with water pressure in one of the bathrooms and it was fixed within minutes of reporting it. We found that there were plenty of sunbeds both at the beach and at the pool with the swim-up bar which is the one we used. There was no need to rush down at 6am with towels to reserve beds - there were usually beds available after 8am. Dennis and Christina at the swim-up bar are outstanding - they were very helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. It was lovely to be able to swim or wander over to get beers and cocktails as well as soft drinks, pizza slices and ice cream for the children. The food - especially breakfast - is good. There is lots of choice and everything feels fresh, although the theme nights (Mexican, Mediterranean, Gala Dinner etc.) are not dramatically different from one another. We had one evening at the a la carte restaurant but it was not as good as the buffet-style restaurants. The views from almost anywhere on the resort are spectacular, including from the terrace where the evening entertainment takes place. As is often the case with all-inclusive, the drinks are OK but not great. The pebble beach is lovely and the sea is clean with good snorkelling just a few metres out to sea. The thermal springs (a 35 minute walk away) are definitely worth a visit early in the morning or at sunset. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would recommend the hotel for family holidays.

“We liked Dimitra”

All in all a good ‘all inclusive’. Located on a steep hillside with some walking involved. We had an elderly lady in our party who struggled with all the steps. but the hotel provides easy bookable golf carts. All in all a good ‘all inclusive’. Located on a steep hillside with some walking involved. We had an elderly lady in our party who struggled with all the steps. but the hotel provides easy bookable golf carts. Our first room was not to our liking (location wise) but the hotel was very accommodating in trying to relocate us. Beverages were of good standard. The food while not being bad it was still just your everyday buffet food. The à la carte restaurant was a poor experience. Staff was very friendly every where. Music entertainment was good.
