We just came back from Kos where we stayed at the Grecotel Lux Me, please I am giving it a 5 bubble review, because rating it any less would be a disservice to the wonderful service and care provided by the staff. The hotel is nothing but consistently excellent. I loved their staff, their service with real care and attention, I felt special every day at the Grecotel Lux me Kos, and ate and drank so well, I’m having to go on a diet now to loose the excess weight I picked up by eating and drinking their delicious food and cocktails! Keep an eye out for their Customer Service Manager Katerina (she’s everywhere! Making sure everyone and everything runs smoothly, she is awesome). I am a people person, so I am going to give my thanks not only to Katerina but also to Apostolis, front office manager and Mary front office assistant manager, who dealt with all the issues I threw at them with compassion, care, genuine respect and pride this is where the 5 star bubbles for service comes in, they were so quick at responding to all our needs, lovely people. But also all the bar and waiting staff, Alessandro the Bar man created special off the menu cocktails for us on demand, I’d come visit him at the bar and ask Alessandro, I want a fruity cocktail, and voila he would create the most delicious cocktail off menu just for us, and it was always delicious! And Florin my god the kindness and service with a smile at all times. And fabulous Lope our waiter by the pool, he was always around when you wanted something, he never seemed to stop, and sometimes when we would not order something, he would bring us water and say..you need to hydrate!! Such a lovely man. So our thanks to all of them and everyone else like Alexandra, at the 1930 bar, Stamatina at the Buffet restaurant and Mary and Georgious at the restaurants, Ileana and Christina at concierge. Thank you all. Now having dealt with all the nice, I must say their quality rooms and attention to detail is not as wonderful as their quality and excellent service. Their rooms even some of the ones that have been refurnished, fall short on quality. Mostly due to lack of attention to detail and care. For example going into a dated room not so bad, but going into a dated room which has loads of windows and the curtains are completely wrinkled like they came straight out of the wash and we’re not ironed make the room look dirty, on top of dated. Not having enough plugs next to the beds to be able to charge your devices, a poorly flushing toilet, a bed that creaks when you turn, rusted shower heads, wonky placed mirrors, these unfortunately are things that bother me. The aesthetics of a place are an important part of feeling comfortable and pampered and luxurious to me. I gave this same feedback to the team during my stay and i genuinely believe they will listen and try harder. The hotel is very good but it could be superb. I do hope they continue to look and listen to our feedback. Thank you Grecotel for your lovely hospitality, we look forward to our next visit to one of your hotels, next time we are in Greece!

From airport to arriving to this hotel has been amazing with all the friendly staff and service they provided with welcome drinks which was lovely and amazing thank you to the 3 boys on the buggy cars they helped me alot on my holiday as my mobility wasn't great so massive thank you to them the only down fall I would say they need to put benches round the resort for people to stop and rest as they were elderly and people who struggle with walking a long distance Buffet to restaurants all amazing food and service only thing you don't get offered coffee etc after the meals ?? Better chairs that not low need more higher seats no arms ? The reception staff was fantastic too very helpful With the private pools could do with walk in steps make it easier for people with disabilities issues and option with having it heated I would definitely come back if these things were updated definitely 4 5 star ⭐ nearly 5⭐nearly there not quite

“Beautiful holiday!”

Beautiful hotel, rooms lovely & clean, plenty of pools and the beach to choose from. Multiple restaurants to choose from. The highlight is the balcony/terrace bar where we even got engaged! Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience

The pools were so clean and the pool bar service excellent. Big thanks to all the staff who all work so hard and to Lope and Pierre who kept us hydrated by the pool all day. We will be back.
