This is a lovely hotel situated not far from kos town. On arrival the hotel looks grand, the lovely spotless reception/lobby is a welcome sight. The staff are both friendly and helpful. This is quite a big hotel, but there are many things to do, a good pool area, a nice beach area and an amphitheatre where the amazing entertainment takes place. There is something different happening every night, the animation team are brilliant, from the amazing show by the acrobats, the dancing and the music quiz, where i have never laughed so much. I travelled solo, so was a little apprehensive about how the holiday would go, but these guys made my holiday a great one, a big thank you to the kipriotis team, I will return

⭐ Honest Review of Our Stay We booked this holiday last minute as a family of five (kids aged 13, 10 and 8), and overall we had a fabulous time. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are spotless, and the pools and water slides were a huge hit. There are a few areas that need tightening up, but nothing that ruined the holiday. 🌴 Hotel & Grounds The hotel and grounds are genuinely lovely — clean, modern and well maintained. The pools, especially the slides, kept all three kids entertained for hours. 🍽️ Food & Drink The food was really good, especially for an all‑inclusive. Plenty of choice and always fresh, though after a full week it did start to feel a bit repetitive. The drinks machines were the most inconsistent part — sometimes flat, sometimes warm, sometimes the flavour clearly needed changing. A bit more attention here would make a big difference. I also think bottled water in the rooms daily and water available at every drink station should be standard for a 4* hotel. 🛏️ Rooms We stayed in a family room, which was spacious, clean and had working air con and a fridge — all appreciated in the heat. Our room was cleaned every day, so absolutely no issues there. The only downside: the mattresses are VERY hard. If you prefer a softer bed, you’ll definitely feel it. 🎭 Entertainment & Activities The entertainment team are fantastic — friendly, energetic and great with the kids. Evening entertainment was fun and well run. During the day, though, I think they could offer more kids club sessions or family games, and maybe move some activities to the Olympic pool, where things like water polo would work perfectly. 🍟 Snack Bars The Olympic pool snack bar is brilliant — quick service and the gyros are genuinely lovely. A great option when you don’t want a full restaurant meal. 🧳 Check‑In Experience This was one of the weaker parts of the stay. When we arrived, there was only one man working, and he was understandably stressed. We waited 1–2 hours to check in. This is an easy fix — the hotel knows how many guests are arriving, so staffing should match that. ⏰ Late Check‑Out This was another downside. We asked about late check‑out several times and were repeatedly told to “come back tomorrow” or “come back later.” We did exactly that, and at midday were told to return again at 6pm. Luckily, when we went back, it was finally approved — €65 extra for a family room. This whole process would be far less frustrating if the hotel simply printed the late check‑out procedure clearly on the welcome letter you receive on arrival. It would save guests and reception staff a lot of unnecessary back‑and‑forth. ⭐ Overall For a last‑minute booking, the holiday was absolutely fabulous — beautiful surroundings, loads for the kids to do, and great value for what we paid. But if I’d saved all year for a once‑a‑year big holiday, I think I’d have been a little disappointed, simply because the hotel isn’t quite at the 4‑star standard it’s aiming for yet. The staff are trying hard, and with a few tweaks, it could easily get there.

Overall was a lovely holiday the resort has alot of potential! The best thing personally we found about this hotel was the entertainment team, especially Linds she was so friendly and very chatty! Defiantly a big impact on our stay. Food was basic but with all inclusive this is to be expected. Breakfast and lunch was our favourites but defiantly repetitive after 2 weeks it become hard work to find something to eat, dinner was a compete right off for us, ended up eating chips every dinner. No sunbed wars which was lovely out of all the pools the entertainment was by far the best alot more looked after then the others, we found the other pools were slightly run down with broken beds. The down fall for us was our rooms and the reception team. We were put in room 347 which was basic but it was bare able. The first week was fine, was sleep able, however the TV and air con didnt work. And the bath didn't have a bath plug. Some people may say were being fussy but for a 4star hotel I disagree. Defiantly max 3 stars so shouldn't be paying 4 star tourist tax in my opinion. On day 8 we started seeing a increase in ants, wasn't a big deal but still reported this to reception who said they will send cleaners in and spray it down. However this wasn't done. Day 9 the ants were out of control over beds, clothes and all over the floor. Reported a further 2 times before this got seen too. We returned after entertainment to see a cocroach so went a reported this asking to be moved rooms. Receptionist wasn't helpful basically said we will send a cleaner in and make do till the morning, however I refused this and eventually after being persistent and out right refusing she offered us room 318. On us walking into the room there was another cockrach crawling around next to the bed. Refused to stau there, and then had to argue to get moved again. Her reply was simply were a tropical country regardless where I put you there will be cockroaches Long story short and alot of standing my ground we got moved to room 567, near the beach end. We only had 5 days left so made do, the room looked nicer. The TV worked, the air con worked and the balcony was bigger, however everytime we tried to shower or bath our bathroom would flood into our room. And we're being bit to shreds overnight woke up every night to noisy neighbours and itchy legs. Overall we had a holiday because it was what we made it but no we defo wont be going back. Other then the entertainment team and the entertainment pool it was a flop. I felt like I was at a hot caravan park not a 4star all inclusive hotel.
