Service and staff who went above and beyond. Receptionists are very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay relaxing. Special gratitude to Kostas (please find the picture attached) and the bar manager, Gerasimos. They make our holiday even more special. Kostas is a professional barista who can make the best coffee that enhance your stay. He is very knowledgeable about coffee. Gerasimos is a great manager who made sure everything was in order. He was even helping his staff, ensuring that guests had the best service. Kostas, Gerasimos, and other managers (I apologise, I can't recall all their names). I could write more and more praises about the hotel. The conclusion is that, thanks to the above, we come back every year. Highly recommend for everyone.

Great location for the family holiday, comfortable rooms with all what you need, shallow beach safe for kids swimming, vast choices of water sports, delicious food in the mail restaurant along with 3 a la carte restaurants on site required previous bookings. As we keep coming back for our late season break we appreciate the friendly and always helpful and engaging with the guests made us feel like at home 😍 among friends💗🤝💗. The highlight is the delicious coffee from Kosta's coffee bar to keep us with the float with the pace of family holiday. He is easily connecting with guests and with multiple languages at disposal always happy to assist with advice or information. We think the hotel staff does amazing job from looking after our rooms, keeping us well feed and entertained throughout the days and long evenings. Massive thank you for another great holidays 💓💗💓 😃

Our stay at Roda Beach Resort & Spa was truly exceptional! ✨ The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect – from the immaculate cleanliness and delicious food to the impeccable service and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. 💖 A special mention goes to Kostas, the talented Barista at the Lobby Bar, who prepared excellent coffee and cocktails with great care and a warm smile. ☕🍸 Also, Thanos Tzimos at the Gogo Bar deserves heartfelt praise – an extremely kind, attentive, and wonderfully polite young man who makes every guest feel truly special. 🌺 We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and authentic Greek hospitality. 🇬🇷✨ We can’t wait to return! 💞

This is a list of our experiences of the Hotel, please bare in mind we visited at the end of season, so i really hope management takes this feedback with an aim of improving the hotel and eliminating any of the cons by next year. Pros: firstly starting with the stand out best thing about this hotel and it is the Gyros station and the pool side Creperie. The quality far exceeds that of any other all inclusive resort we have ever stayed at and the ice cream actually tasted like ice cream van ice cream and not the cheapest of the cheap ice cream I have had at other resorts. 2. the staff were great, i know other reviews have criticised some members of staff however this is not our experience in the slightest, from the ice cream man, the entertainment team and the kids club team (which my 6 and 3 year olds are still talking about how much fun they had), truely the staff were all great. The girls in the kids club were absolutely fabulous and truly made their holiday special! cons: a lot of these points are not just our experience but that of other British visitors we spoke to, so once more i really hope the hotel take this feedback as it is the experience of multiple visitors, which the biggest issue and this really hurts me to say, but the swimming pools really need re-furbishing and improving, as fun and as great as the big water slide and the kids mini slides were the big pools were freezing to the point my wife did not go swimming the entire holiday, which is a first. the indoor pool (18+) is kept at 20 degrees which is what the staff told us, and this was still very cold and the outside pools were much colder than this. my advice to the hotel is to heat atleast 1 of the outdoor pools and to make one of the outdoor pools fresh water/ chlorinated etc as they are all currently saltwater, which i know some people feel is refreshing, just to have one heated freshwater pool would be so much more enjoyable. I am not sure if there would be additional costs to change the water and how much to heat a pool however it is desperately needed. 2. cleaning, and this is nothing on the staff as they were all kind and as soon as we had any issues they came immediately, which i was super impressed by,, i just don’t think there is enough of them to fully cover the hotel as toilets in the restaurant and around were generally dusty and dirty. once again nothing on the staff however i just think more staff is needed to ensure the hotel remains clean. There was also 3 baby cribs stacked outside of our room and one night we came home and found a cat napping in one which was concerning as that mattress is likely now unsafe for an infant to sleep on. 3. the food variety is not there, now what i mean is the hotel seems to focus more on quality as stated above, and again we visited at the end of season which mean they were closing food stations meaning even less variety, which meant we spent most lunchtimes at the kabab station, although this in itself was great for me, other guests might of liked variety. The food that was on offer was also very salty which we struggled to finish some days. Over all this hotel was ok but it wasn’t up to the standard I would expect from a 5 star resort.
