Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Limanaki, this hotel is an absolute diamond of a place, from Sasa on reception to Stavros and Anna and Costas on waiting duties ,everybody is so friendly and do everything to make your stay fantastic. We had one of the swim up rooms which are of a very high standard and worth the upgrade. The hotel is a little out of the way but we hired a car. Taxis can be booked thru reception and cost around 10 euros to Argostolli or lassi. There is a small beach 2 mins walk at the back of the hotel which is a nice place to relax and swim. The food at the hotel is of an excellent standard and we ate there most evenings. We would like to thank all the staff who made our holiday so relaxing and stress free. Andy and Kate room 305.

We have walked by this hotel many times in the past and have discussed staying . Finally we have and just wow! The Limanaki hotel is set in amongst some beautiful countryside, with its own private beach. The views are spectacular looking across to Lixouri. We had a sea view room, watched the fishing boats and cruise ships every morning. The hotel is immaculate, no need to put your towels out at 7am in the morning plenty of sunbeds. We stayed half board, the breakfast offered so much choice there was something for all tastes. The evening meal was excellent with daily specials. The staff are so friendly and helpful and this made our stay memorable. We didn’t hire a car, instead we used taxis which can be arranged by the reception, €10 to Argostilo. We walked to the lighthouse to watch the sunset which is a short walk at a steady pace. Thank you to all the hard working staff that made our stay memorable. We shall be returning!

This was our 5th stay at this wonderful hotel and I can’t recommend it enough. Super clean, spacious, with fabulous staff who can’t do enough for you. Booked via TUI which was faultless. Such a favourite of ours. The management team organised our 30th Wedding Anniversary vow renewal on the private cove just behind the hotel - nothing was too much trouble and helped make this a memorable and magical experience. We’re going back in a few weeks to what has become a second home. If you’re reading this, still trying to decide, then stop. Book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Hotel Limanaki, kefalonia,lonian island Greece A modern family run hotel set in the beautiful Countryside of Kefalonia. If you're looking to get away from the trappings of modern life Hotel Limanaki is the place to go. Set in the beautiful countryside of Kefalonia. You can expect a warm welcome from the staff. As well as the family who own and run the hotel, with traditional Greek values, who are always on hand to assist you with whatever you need. The hotel has modern furnishings, all rooms have air con, and you have a choice of three floors all facing the sea, where you can sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the traditional fishing boats as they meander on their way back into harbour. On the ground floor you can indulge yourself in a little bit of luxury, with spacious, comfortable rooms with all the facilities you need. As well as your own private terrace, with luxury sunbeds and let's not forget your own private Infinity pool overlooking the sea. Start your day with a slow paced breakfast, including cooked food, Euro style breakfast, with fresh fruit and pastries and of course, the famous Greek Yoghurt. Next on the agenda, you can either take a slow walk into Argostoli or Lassi, if you don't feel like walking Reception will order you a reasonably priced taxi, and advise you on the local attractions and places to go. Of course, if you're looking to relax go poolside, you don't have to get up at 6:00am to reserve a sunbed. There are plenty to go around, or you can go beachside. The hotel has its own private beach with sunbeds, and you can ask at reception for a parasol. As you continue to relax during the day, why not order a lunchtime snack. I recommend the chicken baguette with fries! or have a drink from the large selection of cocktails, local wines, tea and coffee. Let's not forget the spa facilities on offer at the hotel, Including Private Jacuzzi, steam room, or have a relaxing massage to melt away stresses and strains of life. The service quality of this hotel runs into the evening. If you're half bored be prepared for a traditional Greek feast. With a menu that changes every day, or you can always choose from the a la carte menu, all brought to your table while you sit and relax with a glass of wine. Why do I keep going back to Hotel Limanaki. You're not just a guest with a room number. You are treated as one of the family. It's a place of relaxation and calm where you can switch off from the hustle and bustle of modern day life, but with all the modern facilities and lovely food and wine.
