“Amazing place!”
Location - south of the island. Probably the best beach in Kefalonia. It’s clean, reasonable for sunbeds (10 euros). White sands, no stones. Just beautiful. Hotel - an absolute 5* from us. What a fantastic hotel Mediterranee is. 10 minutes from airport. Every night incredible sunsets. Special mention for restaurant manager and staff and chefs we had half board and expected to eat out sometimes the food and service was so good we ate everynight at hotel. “Wonderful hotel in a lovely location”
We got home yesterday after a fantastic week. Can't fault the location, near the airport, on the beach, short walk to the main strip. A few niggles for me. Our room 402 was right near the lift shaft and we could constantly hear the thud of the lift mechanism, all day and right through the night.… more
