I have nothing but praise for this hotel, its staff, its surroundings and the attention to detail., it’s perfect! We had a room in the main building with amazing views across the complex and the sea, everything was so pretty and well maintained, from the grassy roof tops of the rooms below or the 3 stunning pools to the small beach and the turquoise waters of the sea, everything was stunning. There is never an issue with sunbeds and as others have mentioned you can chose the beach, one of the pool areas or the Orchard of Olive trees, there is always somewhere to go, We found the all inclusive extensive and plentiful, proper cocktails which you could mix and match and with theme nights in the restaurant the food never became repetitive. The staff were attentive and friendly and like most we had our favourites, like Arianna in the Panorama bar… to the lady who commented about the seats and cushions in the bar being old ect, brand new furniture was delivered whilst we were there, so they do listen! The entertainment team work exceptionally hard from morning to night, the shows aren’t all professional west end shows but the hard work and dedication is second to none, there are some very talented members of the team and they used this to their advantage, I was never disappointed. We also enjoyed the added extras of the taster shows around the pool in the afternoons, the entertainment in the panorama bar and by the a la carte’s in the evening. I also have renewed my love of the saxophone!! We knew the hotel was slightly out the way which suited us, but the public is just up the road and costs 1 or 2 euros to the next resort or onto Zante Town. We would also recommend doing a boat trip around this beautiful island, we didn’t do the shipwreck as heard mixed reviews, instead we went south to Kerri Caves and to Turtle island instead which we really enjoyed and even got to see some turtles 🐢 I coild go on and literally have nothing negative to say about this hotel, I’d love to return and as a travel agent it’s somewhere I will definitely be recommending to my customers. This was our second stay at Atlantica Eleon Grand Hotel — we first visited in 2023. Even back then, we knew that we would definitely want to come back. This hotel has a very special atmosphere that is difficult to find elsewhere. It is not only about the beautiful surroundings or the service, but about the feeling this place creates. The olive grove, the sound of cicadas, the turquoise sea, and the incredible peace around you allow you to completely disconnect from everyday life and simply enjoy your holiday. I wouldn’t say that this hotel is perfect for absolutely everyone. Everyone has different expectations from a holiday, and some people may be looking for something completely different. But for us, this place has become something special. It is one of those places where you don’t just want to return to the hotel — you want to return to the atmosphere it creates. We are sure that we will come back here again. I would also like to give a special thank you to Maria from the reception desk and her manager. During our stay, we had a situation that needed to be resolved, and they helped us a lot. Their attitude, kindness, and attention made our experience even better. It is people like this who leave the best memories and make guests want to return.

“Amazing holidays”

Everything excellent. A high-standard hotel. Beautiful pools and very good food. It is very clean everywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views.

“Service out of the ordinary”

A 20-25 min. taxi ride from the airport, an unspoiled natural beach and located a little bit aside from the main busy tourist areas. The hilly mainland seen at a distance across the water provides beautiful ocean views. Great for those who seek relaxation. The entire hotel area breaths good vibes and soft living. Even though it's a family resort, there is no feeling of chaos at all. No morning wars over the sunbeds, and the pools never get over crowded. On the contrary, the pools are very calm and available, much thanks to the great lifeguards on site. The rooms we've seen are really great, with the option to choose a more quiet area a little bit separated from the main complex. Very efficient air-condition provides fast cooling of the room when getting back from daily activities. It's not often you see such clean rooms day after day. Great work by the cleaning staff. I'd say me and my family got great value for our money in many ways. This is just what we were hoping for when we made the reservation some months ago. The hotel offers lots of activities, from early morning to late evening. Highly skilld artists and so on. Perhaps the sound level around the pool gets a little high during mid-day, but the area is large, so if you want silence there's alot to choose from. And about the service... I've experienced high level hotel service before, but nothing like this. Let me give an example: For this trip me and my family did'nt choose the "room with a seaview" option. Mostly to save some on the booking fee. However, after having seen what a seaview-room means at this hotel (spectacular), we regretted our choise. So we contacted the reception desk, and asked if it perhaps was possible to change rooms to a seaview one, if we just pay for the upgrade. About a day later they found a way to help us, even though it was right in the middle of high season. And guess what, they did'nt even let us pay for the upgrade. They said they just wanted our trip to be the best possible, while they moved all our stuff between the rooms for us. How great is that? In general, all the staff were very polite, helpful and always with a smile on their faces. As I wrote above, this sure was something out of the ordinary if you ask me.
