A really great hotel with fantastic views and fabulous pool area. The staff were friendly and attentive, lovely pool bar, and good breakfast. Very comfortable and clean, spacious rooms. A 3 minute drive (don’t walk !) down to the beach which is really nice with loungers and tavernas. The taverna up the hill, 8 minute walk, is excellent, and well worth visiting. Would certainly return to this hotel.

Their warmth, hospitality, and all the incredible local tips made our stay so much more meaningful. The suites are absolutely gorgeous—stylish, spacious, and perfectly designed for relaxation with breathtaking views. Every detail felt thoughtful and personal. Thank you for making our trip so special. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Kefalonia!

“The most relaxing week”

We have just returned from a much needed, totally relaxing week at this beautiful hotel. We were welcomed warmly, having had to change dates of our visit which Voula accommodated in a very helpful way. We have just returned from a much needed, totally relaxing week at this beautiful hotel. We were welcomed warmly, having had to change dates of our visit which Voula accommodated in a very helpful way. We can not praise this hotel enough from the incredible views to the little touches like iced water each time you sit on a sun bed. Other reviews have said that the kitchen lacked equipment… this is not a self catering apartment which is made clear in the room description, we found the fridge perfect for wine and chocolate! There is tea/ coffee making facilities for that first cup on the balcony! Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. We walked up to the tavern on the corner a couple of times - great pizza, moussaka and souvlaki and we also spent a couple of days down on the beach. We drove down and parked to the right ( free) We enjoyed the pool bar, especially for a night cap after dinner- great gin and tonic! Thank you to Voula and all staff who made us so welcome. We hope to visit again.

Amazing views and very clean, beautifully kept gardens and nice pool. Room was spacious with a kitchenette. No pans or utensils for cooking so don’t expect to self cater. Amazing views and very clean, beautifully kept gardens and nice pool. Room was spacious with a kitchenette. No pans or utensils for cooking so don’t expect to self cater. Very annoying music that’s already on at breakfast really most people prefer quiet that early and to listen to nature whilst sitting outside. Not listening to plinky classical covers of modern songs, awful, it’s on all day then joined by different music coming from the bar from lunchtime. If you pick the right sunbed you can hear both simultaneously which is very annoying. We went to the wonderful beach to get away from it which was a shame as the pool was lovely, sadly it also had no shade at all. Breakfast was a buffet, lots of choice but ‘hot’ options were room temperature and pastries cold. Also staff stood around whilst you have to lay your own table and collect your own drinks. These should be pre laid and staff serve you drinks while you choose your food. Oh and don’t arrive 15 mins before breakfast stops you’ll be told off! Then asked in the loudest voice how you want your eggs, very embarrassing. This is a 3* with ideas that it’s 5* it’s not. It’s expensive for what you get compared to other b&b’s in the area. Hired staff are polite and friendly but scared of putting a foot wrong. Hotel owner is extremely loud and quite intimidating, barking instructions to the staff. Place is run like a military operation, very strict about timings, sadly this makes you feel like you’re walking on egg shells, this hotel was not for us, far too uptight. My advice …. turn off the early music, speak more discreetly to staff and guests, lay the tables for breakfast, warm up the hot options, serve tea and coffee, supply some shade for some sun-beds. Try and chill out and have a more relaxed vibe. Perhaps then you’d get the hotel your clearly aspire to own but you’re currently missing the mark. We wouldn’t return.
