“Over and above”
Over and above. Wheelchair difficulty at entrance. Within 2 hours they had found a carpenter and had a ramp made. Just so grateful. Never had customer service like this. Thank you so much. From ‘your highness’

The pool view rooms are really cosy with a good view from the balcony. The rooms got cleaned everyday without fail and even though the bathroom gets quite flooded due to the lack of shower curtain it dries pretty quick with no bother.
