I had a lovely vacation with my friends and we all enjoyed Panos' stretching and trampoline class! He is an amazing trainer. If you come in Canvas ask for him!

Guest Relations were brilliant at accomodating our needs, especially Kamal and Haithem who went above and beyond to help us. Also Caroline in Reception was very professional and helpful and Elizabeth gave us a warm welcome each day to the restaurant.

“Trampoline Workout”

Did a trampoline class with Panos & Janek, they were great and had so much fun with it. My mum and I had a great time, it was a really good work out and laugh.

We booked this Mitsis for a short Easter Break as we found a great deal and with it being all inclusive was a bonus. The pool slides were a big plus for my 9 year old son too! I've been to the Selection Mitsis Laguna so I knew this wouldn't be of the same standard but hoped we would get to experience some of the Mitsis standards in this Corfu hotel. On arrival it was certainly a stark difference to their selection hotels it was rammed full of guests arriving, no welcome a bit of a free for all in reception to get in a queue to be checked in and no real secure luggage area just the lounge opposite the reception desks. We were told we could get lunch and wait an hour until the room was ready so we did that and got ourselves some drinks. The bar had some very good choices of cocktails on the all inclusive the bar staff all very friendly. Food was very good in fact I would say on a par with the Laguna if not better (as I found Laguna food to often be luke warm). The restaurant area here was incredibly big and lots of food choices, later in the holiday we accidentally came across a second restaurant through a door (with identical offering to the one we were in!) I expect when the hotel is at full capacity they need this extra room. The orange juice is not fresh always a shame though and I couldn't get decaffeinated coffee sachets at the restaurant either. I ended up bringing my own each morning. All drinks in the restaurant were self serve. The main bar does serve decaff though just not in the restaurant. We were given a garden bungalow room this was an upgrade we were told from a garden room. The position was towards the beach front, basic inside with a double and bunk bed for my son. The room felt cold and damp there had been a lot of rain before we arrived and temperatures had not warmed yet to aid with drying the rooms out. There is an Aircon unit that doubles as a heater which we used a few times to warm up. There's also one blanket in the room to make the beds warmer. Unfortunately having respiratory issues I found the environment of heavy condensation on the walls and doors and damp bedding really unhelpful for my condition but since we were only there four nights we just did our best to keep the room ventilated. My husband was finding puddles of water on the floor by the wall next to his bed it had not rained since we arrived so I explained it was from the condensation running down the walls overnight which was very visible. I read from other guest reviews that rooms were cold and damp so I didn't feel hopeful that any of the other rooms would be much better. The main pool with the slide was a huge hit with my son and husband they spent a lot of time enjoying this. I preferred the quiet of the beach and it was very relaxing! Nice loungers and umbrellas and easy access to the beach bar and pizzeria. The pizzas were three options one margarita, one special and a veg option. All of them delicious! The other pools we did explore but we're all ice cold so not possible to use this early in the season! The one by G block was a bit warmer but got busy and was still fairly cold... There's a sandwich bar near this pool and we had some really tasty pulled pork rolls! So tasty. Near to the sandwich bar is also arcade area which had a big selection of games. A card with some credits were given to us when we arrived at reception and my son enjoyed his three games. There are little motor cars that you can hire for kids too lots were using them around the hotel paths. I explored just outside the hotel one morning not much open this early in the season but I imagine very busy when it is peak season a few bars and restaurants. If you venture left and walk over the bridge you can walk down to messonghi village. There's a beach here too and bars. The river is lovely to walk down. It is possible to take the small boat across from the hotel for a small fee but it was too early and they were not operating yet. I enjoyed the walk and explore anyway worth exploring by foot. Evening entertainment was a bit hectic too many people for the main bar area not enough seating. For karaoke they had too many requests they had to open a second karaoke session at one of the other bars to accommodate everyone. Queues for drinks got busy in the main bar in the evening but we went to one of the other bars and brought our drinks back. My son loved the creperie and ice cream parlour, we really tasty just a shame they didn't offer basic lemon and sugar as a topping. My husband had to grab coffee sugars to use instead. They had a choice of chocolate spread and banana mostly. Great that it opens until 10pm for late night snacks! The sunrises are spectacular in the morning from the beach definitely worth getting up for. Also if you want to understand more about the hotel it's worth joining the hotel Facebook group as there's lots of great tips and advice from other guests! Overall we wouldn't come back far too busy and chaotic, some loud inconsiderate guests which spoilt it too. Garden rooms simply not suitable or built to inhabit guests for early season. However can't fault the staff and food services which you get with Mitis hotels. I would try some of the other mitsis selection hotels probably in the future as the food options and friendly staff are worth the visit.
