Amazing hotel with outstanding food. The quality of the food throughout the hotel was exceptional — some of the best I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The snack bar food was also very good. The hotel offers three different pools as well as three water slides, providing plenty of options for both relaxation and fun. A special mention goes to the staff particularly Ryan, Rix, Jade, the three French girls from the animation team, and Rosie and Athina from the kids’ clubs. They were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also good with the beach just a two-minute walk away. For those wanting to explore further, Corfu Old Town is around 30 minutes away, and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel with ticket costing just €2.70 . Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend.

“Great Family Resort with Excellent Staff”

We have just returned from a week at Sentido Apollo Palace and had a fantastic stay overall. We stayed in a Family Suite which was lovely – very spacious, modern and perfect for a family with young children. There was plenty of room for all of us and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was generally good, although we did need to follow up a couple of times during our stay. The food was delicious throughout our holiday, with a great variety available at every meal. We always found something everyone enjoyed, including our children, and the quality was excellent. A special mention to the Kids Club team who were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, welcoming and brilliant with the children, making them feel comfortable and included. Our girl loved attending and it gave us the opportunity to relax knowing they were in safe hands. The hotel staff were wonderful throughout our stay and were especially kind and supportive when our daughter became unwell during the holiday. Their care and understanding were very much appreciated at what was a stressful time for us. Our only real disappointment was with the à la carte restaurant bookings. One of the reasons we chose to book directly with the hotel was to take full advantage of the unlimited à la carte dining included as a direct booking benefit. However, when we arrived, much of the availability had already been taken, which limited our ability to make use of this perk. This was disappointing and is something we feel could be improved for future guests booking directly with the hotel. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. Despite the minor issues mentioned above, we would happily return and would recommend Sentido Apollo Palace to families looking for a relaxing holiday in Corfu. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We contacted this spa to book two massages and expected to begin the experience in an atmosphere of calm, kindness, and professionalism. Unfortunately, our first impression was very disappointing. The person responsible for handling our reservation was impatient, abrupt, and unwelcoming. We fully understand that there was a language barrier, as we do not speak the same language, but courtesy, patience, and a positive attitude are universal, especially in a business dedicated to wellness and relaxation. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I chose to step away from the conversation and let my partner complete the booking. Honestly, I found it difficult to understand how someone representing the first point of contact for a spa could create so much tension instead of helping clients feel at ease. We ultimately made the reservation because the massages are performed by someone else, and we sincerely hope that the quality of the treatment is far better than the customer service experience we received while booking. A spa should make its clients feel welcome from the very first interaction. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
