My Massage by Thanos and the entire experience was super awesome! I could wind down and relax fully. The products used were extremely nice and scented amazing.

Pros: We stayed for 7 nights mid May. Reception area was very clean and the hotel is very aesthetic in most areas. Food was 10/10, i enjoyed every meal i had. The pool / beach restaurant is where we went for lunch everyday, the food here was amazing. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner was also great, lots of choice and is probably the best all inclusive food i’ve had at a hotel. The drinks were also very nice some of the cocktails though weren’t to our taste but stuck with what we knew and liked, a pina colada! The room was cleaned everyday very well and the cleaner for our room was very lovely and friendly. Never struggled to find a sun-bed and the hotel did seem quite busy, we went down a bit earlier in the morning to get the sunbeds on the pool. Service was good, only some nights were a little slower on service, but the hotel was quite busy nearer the end of our stay as it was entering peak season. Cons- The room itself definitely needed upgrading and wouldn’t say was a 5 star standard room. We booked this holiday about 6 weeks prior and did get a good deal price wise, so i’m wondering if that’s why we were given this particular room…If i had paid what some prices i have seen recently for a weeks stay here with the same room, i wouldn't be satisfied. The bathroom door didn’t shut closed and various areas of the room, and the whole block itself, was in need of some TLC. We had booked a partial sea view room where we could very slightly see the sea from our room when looking to the left on the balcony. The room was mainly overlooking the front of the street that the hotel is on, and each night there was noise from the local pubs and bars which would go on till about 12am. We didn’t mind this too much, however it’s something to keep in mind and be aware of if you’re booking a partial sea view, that you could potentially get this room or the same block - I think it would be worth upgrading to a sea view as these rooms seem further away from the street from what we saw. Overall, a fabulous holiday and would return if the price was right again!

The TUI reps were fantastic especially the lovely Isabelle who helped with a few problems and truly listened to concerns and acted on them immediately. She is a credit to TUI. Natasha in the restaurant really helped us with vegan choices and even offered to get something made daily if we didn’t like the choice - no need as they had a good daily selection also a big thank you to the chef whose name has slipped my mind but she made us special no dairy no egg desserts which were delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. Also the lovely Joy made the exercise classes so much fun (but also a good workout) always had time for a chat if we saw her around the hotel. She is also a credit to TUI. The cocktails are lovely and a good variety to choose from and if not on menu they are happy to make it for you. Couldn’t fault the bar staff they were fantastic Now the negatives. Out first room 603 was dire really shabby and dated but it was clean. The whole area and the room smelt of sewage. The wardrobes looked like I had made them myself 50 years ago. The bathroom door was blown and paint peeling. The front door we had to use foot to get it to open. The kettle didn’t work and when we asked for a new one they did bring one immediately but then told us that the original one was working (it did switch on but only warmed water before turning off even if you held switch down) I didn’t appreciate being called a liar ! We did ask to be moved and by day 3 was in the lovely 909 spacious and modern and fresh smelling, exactly what you would expect from a TUI blue. A lot of people were having to move rooms. The gym was awful both the benches were broken and could not be used. There is one cable machine and the free weights went from a 5kg to 25kg with nothing in-between. Two old running machines two bikes and a step machine all old. Thank goodness for Joy and her classes. The sauna was not working for the first three days and when it was repaired they were only allowed to put it up to 80 degrees. The steam room really smelt and the inside pool is very tired with what looked like mould round the sides. We didn’t have a treatment but all the spa staff were lovely. The sun beds especially the ones on the beach look like they have been washed up from the sea. Definitely need replacing
