“A really chilled holiday”

On arrival to the hotel was a pleasant reception area and also receptionist to meet and greet us. We paid for the safe, Aircon and tourist tax and filled in a small form the safes are located left hand side of reception and it a 2 key system which you have one and reception has one and require both to open the safe. The room was very spacious and had a electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and a small breakfast bar with chairs. A large wardrobe which needs to be shared and has plenty of room inside and has a upper and lower shelves. The bathroom had a large sink and a mini bath with a mixer tap and shower, shower curtain and toilet. First bedroom on entry which is near the kitchen area had 2 beds one of which converted into a sofa of required, also had a TV on a TV stand. Second bedroom had a dressing table and a cupboard, 2 bedside small units to store things in and a large mirror on the wall, the beds was comfortable as well as the pillows. The balcony was a large one with 1 table and 2 chairs and a pull out clothes rack, we was on the ground floor that overlooked the small waterfall at the back, we was in room 153. The pool was brilliant really nice long pool with a pool bar and also an amazing waterfall that would come on if you asked or random occasions, the sunbeds was very comfortable with soft padding, the pool opened at 9am and closed at 6pm and the pool was well maintained and clean. On a night then pool is lit up and with multicoloured lights near the pool bar area. They also had a small bar area and also a indoor eating area near the pool, food and drink was reasonably priced and very nice specially their club sandwich, hot dog, burgers, fries and sandwiches, compliments to the catering staff. They also have another indoor eating area near reception which is for people who wish to have breakfast with all the breakfast facilities near that area. If you are a reader they are books that have been left or donated on a shelve near reception if you fancy reading a book. The hotel is in a nice location and their is a supermarket right in front of the hotel so your not carrying water for vast amounts of distance. Every member of staff from the manager, receptionist, bar staff, catering staff, waiters, waitress, cleaners was all very approachable and very friendly and if we had a problem we knew it would be taken care of efficiently, however we didn't have any issues at all on our stay their. Would definitely stop their again

“Great location and fabulous pool!”

Good hotel, best points are its great location, near restaurants, beach, mini golf, shops and bars and the lovely clean pool. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious for a family of four and the balconies are very big. Kitchen was basic but we only ever planned to eat breakfast … more

Good hotel, best points are its great location, near restaurants, beach, mini golf, shops and bars and the lovely clean pool. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious for a family of four and the balconies are very big. Kitchen was basic but we only ever planned to eat breakfast and make the odd sandwich. The kettle actually burned out on us which was quite frightening, staff did replace this. I had read previous reviews saying no hand soap provided so we packed some. A shame a simple essential like this is not included. Bathroom was not very clean either. We were set back away from the road, it was very quiet even with there being a bar across the road. Sun beds are very comfy. The pool is so clean, They use a robot to clean the pool most evenings, very fascinating to watch! Staff were welcoming and helpful. Pool bar did not really open on our 2 week holiday so people carried drinks from the bar to the poor bar to use it. Not enough sun beds around the pool but there’s no space for any more, only an issue for a couple of days though. Air con is very expensive, stayed in Tsilivi before self catering and this was the most expensive! Overall a good base for our holiday.
