“No problem rebooking this place”

Wonderful welcome, friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean,exellent location for shops restaurant's bars beach etc. Pool more than adequate. a four star hotel rated at 3 stars.

Stayed here at the end of June via a Jet 2 package. Check in was quick and friendly, even taken to our studio room. Personally a bit of a shock as there were quite a few steps even thought the hotel has a lift, I have dodgy knees :( Should have emailed before for a low floor. Room was spacious, being dated didn't bother us as there was plenty of storage. We paid for aircon £85 a week, it was well worth it as over 35 degrees outside. We chose not to have a safe as they're by reception and would have been such a faff needing to get jewellery etc. Balcony was nice, 2 chairs and a table but not very private as we were directly opposite other guests. People put towels over the balcony to minimise this. Bed was quite comfy but if you like an afternoon granny nap the room stays bright. Plenty of kitchen cupboards but not much in them if you really want to do any cooking... 2 plates, 2 mugs , 2 dishes, 2 knives etc. 1 huge pot, 1 frying pan and a tiny milk pan ... I think that's it! Bathroom was fine but we struggled with the shower as it's just one you hold, we tried all sorts of ways to attach it higher, also nowhere to put soap, shampoo etc. As is the norm, no paper in the toilet. Cleaners did a great job every day and we had change of some bedding and towels every day too. Pool area lovely, and we started the week being able to have a sunbed anywhere. Unfortunately the last few days there were no free beds at 9.30am :( so we went to Two Brothers pool ( hmm not very nice) but the Piscina Pool along the road was amazing no charge for beds, just min spend of 15 euros each. It's really trendy, cool music, food amazing and drinks prices fair. Food at the hotel pool looked good, plenty were eating. The swim up bar was open once during our stay. For me (with dodgy knees) the pool was hard work as there's only ladders into it and as the day went on, the rails were too hot to hold. Nice choice of music around the pool too. It is a really lovely hotel where you're left to do your own thing. Location is brilliant next to Ark Bar but no noise. A supermarket under the apartments but we preferred the one across the road as it had a better selection of bread, fruit and cold drinks. If I was younger (no dodgy knees) I'd definitely be back. Tsilivi and it's lovely people have stolen my heart, can't wait to be back.

“Great location and fabulous pool!”

Good hotel, best points are its great location, near restaurants, beach, mini golf, shops and bars and the lovely clean pool. Good hotel, best points are its great location, near restaurants, beach, mini golf, shops and bars and the lovely clean pool. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious for a family of four and the balconies are very big. Kitchen was basic but we only ever planned to eat breakfast and make the odd sandwich. The kettle actually burned out on us which was quite frightening, staff did replace this. I had read previous reviews saying no hand soap provided so we packed some. A shame a simple essential like this is not included. Bathroom was not very clean either. We were set back away from the road, it was very quiet even with there being a bar across the road. Sun beds are very comfy. The pool is so clean, They use a robot to clean the pool most evenings, very fascinating to watch! Staff were welcoming and helpful. Pool bar did not really open on our 2 week holiday so people carried drinks from the bar to the poor bar to use it. Not enough sun beds around the pool but there’s no space for any more, only an issue for a couple of days though. Air con is very expensive, stayed in Tsilivi before self catering and this was the most expensive! Overall a good base for our holiday.
