Stayed in karras grande resort for 7 nights. What a fantastic holiday,from start to finish. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned everyday. Plenty of food and drink available, although not a huge selection of choices it was always fresh, tasty and plentiful. 3 different pools that were kept immaculate throughout our stay. Staff were exceptional and very welcoming. The entertainment team was fantastic, Jack, Inga and Iza welcomed us and kept us entertained every morning and throughout the day. Yoga was fantastic every morning and the evening entertainment kept us amused with Jack's antics. Jack made sure all the kids were involved when playing water polo while Inga and Iza were always on hand to help. Be up early to get a sunbed as they go fast but there are plenty. Close to shops,bars and restraunts and not a long transfer from airport. Overall, this was a fantastic holiday for 2 mums and there daughters, would definitely book again 😀

“Good hotel with great Animations team.”

Apartments were very nice, food was ok but not spectacular,location good (10 minutes walk to the beach, near shops and restaurants) , pools were good but the greatest was the Jack animation team. Thanks to their great attitude we had best time ever. Thank you Jack (and Iza ;) ).

We stayed as a family group in May and will definitely be returning next year. I think some people expect 100% perfection but if thats what you're looking for then perhaps book a 5 star. We stayed as a family group in May and will definitely be returning next year. I think some people expect 100% perfection but if thats what you're looking for then perhaps book a 5 star. Rooms- we had 3 rooms and ended up with one in each block. There was barely any difference between them so I'd be happy to stay in any. Exceptionally clean, well equipped, with free air con and free safe! Ours was in the block above the restaurant with a view of the sea. Pools- we spent time around all 3 pools, each one difference depending on what you want. Yes there was a slight shortage on sunbeds, but on numerous occasions we saw the staff bringing out extra sunbeds for people. They are definitely more comfortable by the kids pool though! But I agree there could be more. The actual pools were clean and well maintained. Location- location is spot on. At the very start of the road to all the main bars, close to the excellent Sunset Blvd and My Place. Short walk down the Hill to the beach, 5 mins walk to the water park. Lots of ships nearby, everything you could ask really. Entertainment- the entertainment team had only started the day we arrived and got stuck in without being pushy in the slightest. Daytime activities were good, we didn't stay in for the nighttime activities except the Greek night which was fun, but maybe could have been a little more added to that such as special drinks or food. Staff- all staff were friendly and pleasant at all times, especially the guy at the main pool snack bar with the glasses, whose name escapes me! He went above and beyond to suggest things people might like, asking how your day was, making iced coffees for one lady! Always with a smile! Food- we liked the food. A lot of authentic Greek food and salads, which I loved! But there was also plenty of meats, pasta, pizza and other more English food. There was 9 in our party including 3 kids and everyone enjoyed every meal. My niece has a dairy allergy and every meal time the chef would come out and tell us what was safe for her to eat. The snack bars were good, lovely ice cream, cakes, wraps and sandwiches , although the cold chicken nugget wraps and cold hot dogs were a bit strange! Also, we tried to book the Al la carte as soon as we checked in, to be told it was full all week, so I'm not sure how exactly this can be booked and it was a shame. One good thing though was that if you were going out for the day, the hotel give you a little plastic box to fill with food at breakfast time to take with you, so you really do get your moneys worth from the all inclusive. Drinks- the reason for my 4 instead of 5 stars. The drinks were not great at all and inconsistent at different bars! The guy at the middle snack bar made an awesome gin fizz, but the evening bar made it completely differently! The diet coke was very strange tasting, I couldn't drink it, which meant I couldn't use it as a mixer in the evenings. The wine wasn't very nice, quite vinegary. Beer was hit and miss. Which is the main reason we went out in the evenings and didn't stay for entertainment. I feel like maybe some different wines and soft drinks and a bit more consistency would really improve the place. Maybe even a prosecco or sparkling wine! We ended up drinking mostly lemonade all day because other drinks tasted very odd. It wouldn't put me off coming back however. All in all, it's a lovely little hotel with a really friendly atmosphere.

Very clean, staff are welcoming & friendly, entertainment team do a great job, night Entertainment was fun. Family resort, quieter location, shops & restaurants a short walk, beach not far but a hot walk 10mins. Buy water! Air conditioners in rooms, nice rooms, more sun beds would be nice, included… more

Very clean, staff are welcoming & friendly, entertainment team do a great job, night Entertainment was fun. Family resort, quieter location, shops & restaurants a short walk, beach not far but a hot walk 10mins. Buy water! Air conditioners in rooms, nice rooms, more sun beds would be nice, included drinks are good, food is ok, little more variety would be nice, chips & ice cream always available for fussy kids, best desserts.. cheese burgers and hotdogs available during day at the bars! Extra Trips take the small boats tours for best experience
