My boyfriend Niall and I stayed with yourselves last week in room 223 which was a lovely room overlooking one of the pools. Your hotel is fantastic cannot fault a thing. All the staff are so friendly and helpful a special mention to Thomas and Jack our entertainer every day who did an outstanding job and so funny. The food was out of this world we thoroughly enjoyed every meal something different every day always hot and the restaurant was super clean with superb waiting staff. The freshwater pools were lovely to swim in and Niall enjoyed the water polo. The hotel is fantastically placed and only a very short walk to the beach. We cannot wait to return and are already looking at September. Well done team Karras Grande keep up the hard work, smiles and laughter!

Staying at this hotel has been AMAZING ⭐️ It’s the most chilled out, relaxing and friendliest place to holiday. There are 3 different pools all perfect to suit for either age and swimming ability. You can get snacks all day including filled rolls,wraps, rice bowls and ice cream, thanks to Thomas at the pool bar and all others. We found the food to be a vast choice at ever mealtime and it was hot and totally delicious especially the deserts 😋 The waiting staff worked hard clearing up quickly and always helpful and smiling including Anduela, Fotini, Nikos, Fotis and others. Our room was 218 and was perfect for our needs and was kept very clean by the lovely Sophia. Nikos the General Manager was always on sight and available to assist with any questions you had. Marina on reception was also helpful. The Greek themed night was excellent. The dancers had everyone up joining in with the Greek dancing and the staff too! The location is perfect lots of bars and restaurants, shops and tavernas around. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zakynthos and we will certainly be back.

This was a last minute Holiday, Hotel great. Very clean. staff are always cleaning something.Always smiling. And very helpful. The Hotel manager was always around, even showed us to our room after checking in,late afternoon. Was even checking the kitchen and dining room, most meal times If had to find something amiss. The food could have been better. We heard that the Hotel was waiting for a new chef. Still we never left the dining room hungry. All in all we had a good time at this Hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant holiday, with many positives but also a few areas that could be improved. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay. Beds were made daily and towels were changed every other day. The newer rooms also looked very modern and attractive. The hotel manager was often visible around the property, taking an interest in guests and ensuring everything was running smoothly, which was nice to see. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming and hardworking. The restaurant team deserve particular praise for how efficiently they cleared tables and kept everything running smoothly. The hotel is also in a great location, close to shops and around a 20-minute walk from the beach. There is plenty to do in the town, including crazy golf, horse and carriage rides, bars with entertainment and lots of places to explore. One area that could be improved is the atmosphere around the main pool. While we don't mind music, it was often loud, heavy-beat music throughout the day. As this is a family hotel, we understand the lively atmosphere, but when you're on holiday it's nice to have the option of a quieter environment at times. The only place we found some peace and quiet was around the children's pool. The entertainment was another disappointment. The entertainment team worked hard and did their best, but the overall quality wasn't great. The karaoke equipment in particular needs upgrading, as the microphone and speakers sounded muffled and poor quality. The Greek night was especially underwhelming. There were only two dancers, a guitarist and a singer, and unfortunately the performance failed to create much atmosphere. Several guests left before it had finished. To make matters worse, the pool and bar music continued playing during the entertainment, making it difficult to hear the performers. On one occasion, music from the pool area was still playing during the Greek dancing, which really took away from the experience. The majority of the sunbeds are hard plastic and become uncomfortable after spending a full day by the pool. We also had an issue with the shower in our room, where the water temperature constantly switched between hot and cold. The food and drinks were average, which is fairly typical for an all-inclusive hotel. Our only negative interaction with staff was at check-out. After what had otherwise been a pleasant stay, it felt a little disappointing when the receptionist simply said "OK" as we handed in our key. A simple "Did you enjoy your stay?" or "Have a safe journey home" would have left a much warmer final impression.
