Stayed here recently for the first time. Was amazed at how welcoming helpful and friendly the staff were! Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel part of the family! Big shout out to Kostas, Tony Alex and the rest of the team for making our first holiday together so memorable, they helped us celebrate a birthday and the swim up room we booked really exceeded expectations! 5* - Max

Just back from a fantastic week staying at Serenity. Everything about the place was excellent. The room was clean and modern, with air conditioning to keep it cool. The views were superb, both from the front which was a sea view, and the back with views of the mountains. We had bed and breakfast and the breakfasts were delicious each day. We only had lunch here once as often we were out and about, and that was delicious too! Fellow guests at the hotel were also commenting on how good the hotel is. All the staff were professional and friendly and catered for anything we asked for during our stay. I would come back here without hesitation.

Absolutely fabulous hotel …service was impeccable from start to finish, nothing is too much for the staff , made to feel welcome the minute you arrive. Absolutely fabulous hotel …service was impeccable from start to finish, nothing is too much for the staff , made to feel welcome the minute you arrive. Food and bar service is second to none ..best breaky I’ve had in a hotel . A little bit of music around the pool , noise and taste to suit everyone. Room s were cleaned as requested to a very good standard. Stayed in a swim up room but would recommend any room as you can always get a sun bed .. This hotel is an absolute credit to both the owners and staff members . Thank you for such a wonderful stay

Where do I begin? We have never received such a warm welcome anywhere before. Every single person at Serenity Hotel made our stay unforgettable - from the two lovely ladies who cleaned the rooms, to the waiters, bartenders, the incredibly entertaining grandson, the whole family, and especially the wonderful and kind Maria. Wow… what a hidden gem! The rooms were fantastic and spotless, the food was incredible, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble and everyone genuinely cared about making guests feel happy and comfortable. We are absolutely gutted to be leaving and already cannot wait to return. A truly special place that we will never forget.
