Loved the hotel, cane with family who had young children. Hotel was spotless, food was first class but what made the hotel special was the staff, every member of staff we came across was very friendly. The beach bar stands out as brilliant, the staff, Flora and Fedra were first class, the drinks were already being prepared as we approached the front of the queue.

“Great sea view, friendly staff, and relaxing all-inclusive stay”

We had a very nice stay at this hotel overall. It’s a large hotel with many facilities and activities, so there was always something to do. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and we especially appreciated that there was always fruit and snacks available with the all-inclusive package. Another big plus was the free sunbeds on the beach. The hotel is a bit far from Rhodes Town, but it was very convenient that the bus stops right outside the hotel. One small downside was the rocky area under the water at the beach, which could feel a bit slippery and awkward when entering the sea. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

Hotel located just outside of Faliraki and right on the beach. The hotel, rooms and facilities are great. Friendly atmosphere and staff super helpful. Hotel located just outside of Faliraki and right on the beach. The hotel, rooms and facilities are great. Friendly atmosphere and staff super helpful. Animation team work so hard to keep everyone entertained. One star dropped due to hit and miss room cleaning (even though 7 days a week stated). Teas and coffees never replenished, had to ask at reception. Plus flimsy paper cups for your morning drink which didn’t make sense as the hotel works hard at being environmentally friendly. Stayed 10 days and the beds were not changed once. First time in Faliraki and it seems entertainment, dining etc is largely hotel based. If you fancy a change from the All-Inclusive environment it’s a trip into Faliraki. But lots of lovely restaurants and chilled bars there, without needing to visit the main strip

I’m into day three of a 7 day stay. Positives So far Food is great can’t complain, pancakes in the morning are best my children have had even from Archie’s.. Hotel looks clean and in good location We stayed in a garden view family superior room very spacious, views are not great Negatives Even though the pancakes are good they aren’t cooked quick enough there is always a long queue waiting for them. Soft drinks taste awful especially the coke, it’s flat watered down and weak, when you’re paying for all inclusive you expect something nice to drink disappointed kids. The mattresses are awful I’m sure they are made from sponge very cheap not great to sleep on. Only one pillow per person, it’s not very comfortable some are too hard some are too soft. Pool has been shut down twice since being here, someone taking a poo in the pool, it’s unacceptable spoiling it for everyone else, it’s obvious it’s the same person as it’s the same time of day on both occasions. We go on all inclusive holidays twice a year even though the food is fantastic that doesn’t out weigh the other negatives we have encountered. The pool thing is absolutely disgusting something I’ve never encountered before.
