The atmosphere around the night bar was absolutely unforgettable, thanks in part to the great service. We would especially like to highlight a waiter named Michalis, who was very helpful and willing, and managed to create a great atmosphere

Since within the last 5 years, this is our third time in Rhodes, we do have some experience that makes comparisons possible. This hotel in Rhodes for us deserves to be only N3, being Rhodes Princess N2 and Atrium Prestige being the absolute top. The main problem here is that number of rooms available and the size of the resort are absolutely not in proportion meaning that wherever You are in the hotel (beach, restaurants, gym, etc.), it is always overcrowded. This is something You do not want to experience at a 5-star hotel. Moreover, the night programmes are held right in front of the hotel lobby, thereby falling asleep before midnight is literally impossible. You can have here an all-inclusive holiday, but for anybody who would want to relax and refresh himself, this one is not the right choice. However, we met 3 co-workers who really made our staying here more pleasant and enjoyable and they do deserve to be mentioned: - Christos, manager at the reception: upon arrival we were shocked by the crowd and was thinking of changing our accomodation. Christos was very patient and helpful and made some measurements that made us feel much more comfortable throughout our whole holiday. - George (the younger one), at the main Restaurant: despite his young age he is skilled to serve the guests' needs and wishes sometimes even without having to ask him for something, he already knew what we needed. - last but not least, George, at the Ouzeri Restaurant: he is professional in many ways, accomodates to the style of the guests, helpful and intellectual. He does his job with dignity and should be a role modell for his colleagues.

Lovely hotel on the beach and friendly, helpful staff. Evening entertainment great This is the fourth mitsis hotel we have stayed in. We are loyalty members and it varies as to benefits. None here we experienced. Some hotels you will receive upgrades, perks and members evenings. All was going well when the baby glass shower door fell on my back coming off its hinges . I alerted housekeeping in the corridor once I’d finally balanced the door who had a look at my shoulder and said it’s fine. This left me bruised, sore and in pain. For which the team ( Michelle) were helpful and offered 2 days beach gazebo use as a gesture . Only thing is it was located right next to speakers best to check your bathroom out first. If you enjoy loud party music all day long this is the place for you. I preferred the live music. Try to avoid rooms below level2 as noise pollution is pretty bad. The free gazebo by the adults pool is better as has pillows. Good to book the restaurants 2 weeks prior to arrival. Avoid brunch as it’s confusing who is taking your drink order, food order or clearing up.booked for Father’s Day. Waited 20 min and still no one asked for drinks. Server said we had to ask the food person how were we supposed to know this. Apart from this service was good generally in the hotel. If you book with the hotel you get free airport transfers. The Teepees are great due to sea breeze Supposed to be the best hotel in Rhodes. I prefer done other mitsis hotels better
