We had one of our best family vacations at Mitsis in Faliraki, Rhodes! The quality of the food was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options every day. The buffet options were top notch! Sometimes better than at the restaurants which was a good surprise for relaxed travelers like us who want a maximum of freedom in the eating schedule. Loved the quality, the diversity and it was interesting to discovering Greek specialties that tasted really authentic!! A special thank you to the chef Georges Karagiannis, who went above and beyond to carefully explain and declare allergens in the buffet food. This made such a difference for our son who’s polyallergic. It showed real care and professionalism. Impressive! I would also like to mention the gym trainer, Komninos, who was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable!! His positive energy and expertise made the fitness experience enjoyable and motivating. All of the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay, but a very special mention goes to Katerina, the host in the dining room. She was warm, always smiling, and made us feel very welcomed with her kindness and hospitality every time we entered the dining room!! Overall, the entire team made us feel genuinely cared for, and this stay will remain one of our favorite family holiday memories. Now that we discovered what the Mitsis experience is like its going to be hard to not go again to a Mitsis hotel! The quality level is comparable to Club Med in some ways but at a fraction of the price! What a treat that was!

“Modern Hotel , Nice Location”

We have just returned from a 5nt stay here , stayed in room 287 a sea view side room . Room was spacious and modern , and room was lovely decorated for us to our suprise for our anniversary by the housekeeping team on arrival , with a lovely cake and bottle of fizz . We had the free transfer from airport to hotel as booked direct with the hotel , high quality minibus limo all to ourselves .. We arrived at 8:30pm , check in was bit rushed as knowone else was waiting , no welcome drink either for 5 star hotel .. This should be taken on board for future guests ?? Food was good and hot and well stocked in the main buffet , friendly staff , shout out to Eduard the waiter :) Make sure you book the alternative restaurants before arrival for best times , we found the Tex Mex and Greek the best . Good drink choice and cocktail menus . Outdoor seating for entertainment does get busy so can imagine in peak times you may need more tables . Hotel has its own beach area with nearby pool bar , comfortable sunbeds with parasols . All in all we would return again

Just spent a lovely week at this hotel. The staff on arrival greeted us with smiles and that continued throughout the week. We stayed in a side sea view room and had a great view. The room had everything you need and more. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and body lotions smelt amazing. The minibar was well stocked and restocked every day. The beds were comfy and air conditioning was great on the hot days. The main restaurant I only have one criticism and that is the food wasn't very hot unless you went in early. The staff in there are friendly, attentive and helpful. The al a carte restaurants are well worth booking. We ate in most of them and the food was lovely and was nice to have the options away from the main buffet. The all inclusive drinks are great, the white wine was delicious although I think it changed the day we left as wasn't as nice. Maybe we just drunk all the nice stuff!!! Would definitely return to this hotel and will definitely be looking at other Mitsis options.

We stayed at Mitsis Faliraki as a couple for a short getaway and overall had a really enjoyable experience. One standout feature for us was the gym – easily one of the best hotel gyms we’ve used. It’s very well equipped and a great bonus if you like to keep up your routine while away. We also really appreciated the à la carte restaurants, which gave a nice break from the main buffet. The variety across the hotel is good, and having those extra dining options made the experience feel a bit more special. One tip for future guests: book the à la carte restaurants on the Mitsis app before you arrive to avoid disappointment, as they can fill up quickly. We weren’t able to get into one initially, but the reception staff were very helpful and managed to sort a booking for us during our stay. The staff were consistently cheerful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Service across the hotel was strong and always friendly. We stayed in a Land View Double room, which was perfectly fine for a few days away – comfortable and clean, though fairly standard. A couple of small things to note: our room was very close to the lift, and we did find it quite noisy in the early mornings with cleaning activity and furniture being moved, so light sleepers might want to request a quieter location. The pools were also quite cold during our stay, though this may be more noticeable in quieter/shoulder season. We can imagine the pool club (Club 8) having a much better atmosphere when the hotel is busier. We also struggled quite a bit with mosquito bites, so would definitely recommend bringing repellent and any remedies if you’re prone to them. The weather during our stay wasn’t great, but of course that’s just bad luck and nothing to do with the hotel. Overall, a really solid stay with some great highlights – especially the gym and staff. With a quieter room location and warmer pools, it would have been even better.
