Our stay at Alizo Boutique Hotel and Spa in Rhodes was truly exceptional from beginning to end. A huge congratulations to the entire team for providing outstanding service and genuine hospitality. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome, and their kindness and attention to detail turned our holiday into a memorable experience. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt just like home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the premium toiletries—including the shampoo, soaps, and body creams—were a lovely touch. We were warmly welcomed with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine in our room, enjoyed refreshing fruit served by the beautiful pool during our stay, and were even presented with a thoughtful farewell gift of traditional Rhodes sweets. These little gestures made all the difference and showed how much the hotel truly cares about its guests. The food and beverages were excellent throughout our stay, and every experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you to the entire Alizo Boutique Hotel and Spa team for delivering such outstanding customer service and creating such a warm, relaxing atmosphere. We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Alizo Hotel in Rhodes, and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived, Filippos, Natalija, and the entire team made us feel so welcome. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. Our swim-up room was amazing—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and having direct access to the pool made the experience even more special. It was the perfect place to relax. It was so peaceful and quiet. The spa was another highlight of our stay. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a fantastic way to unwind. The food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast offered an excellent selection with something for everyone, while both lunch and dinner were consistently fresh, delicious, and varied every day. Every meal was something to look forward to. The location is also very convenient, with a couple of supermarkets just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, or any essentials during your stay. You’re also only a 10-15 minute drive from Old Town. I’d say the hotel is good value you definitely get what you pay for. The only small point worth mentioning is the parking. The hotel parking is a little bit of a walk from the main entrance, which isn’t ideal if you’re carrying luggage. However, if you’re lucky, there are sometimes on-street parking spaces available right outside the hotel, which makes things much easier. The hotel itself is immaculate, with beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. You can tell that the whole team genuinely cares about making every guest’s stay unforgettable. A huge thank you to Filippos, Natalija, and every member of staff for such a fantastic experience. We left with wonderful memories and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alizo Hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes. A well-deserved 10/10—we can’t wait to come back!

I would have loved to give this hotel 5* as there are so many great points as you can see from previous reviews people have left . The staff are all lovely and the hotels is spotless and really beautiful our room was lovely. I had booked this hotel as it was our 30 wedding anniversary and the hotel sent a bottle of fizz and a cake to our room which was a lovely thoughtful touch . Hence why it is difficult for me to add the negatives. Unfortunately my husband has recently had a hip replacement and the pool has no disabled access or graduated steps into the pool , just 2 step ladders so if your mobility is not the best it renders the pool unusable,also it’s very cramped making walking round the pool area difficult. So we spent 9 days out of the 12 at a local hotel having to pay €20 a day just so he could use the pool. Also I have my own business and get up very early to sit round the pool whilst it’s quiet and sort my emails , my husband then generally comes down around 10 then we go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, however we were told even though I had been sat by the pool for around 2.5 hours if we wanted breakfast we needed to pack all our items up and relinquish our Sunbeds.we stay in a lot of high end hotels and we are certainly not sunbed hoggers. I would suggest the hotel give people 20 minutes to return to there beds before removing there items.When the hotel is busy there is not enough Sunbeds. Also we upgraded our room to a sea view, please be aware although there is a sea view you have to look beyond the outside of the hotel which resembles a bomb site. So not the views we expected.
