We have just had a family holiday for 15 of us… and all we have is positive experiences. The hotel itself is large and something to do for all the family. We used the beach mainly and the beach bar restaurant for breakfast and lunch . All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We celebrated a 21st and 50th birthdays while we were there .. the staff couldn’t do more for us. The staff we want to give a shout out to are Evangelia and Kathy for help with the ballon’s and party to celebrate. We would go back to this hotel and recommend to others. Thanks for a holiday to remember.

“I love Noah and Tommy”

Noah and Tommy from the Animation crew were amazing and perfect. We love them so much. Noah is tall and nonchalant and Tommy is hot and handsome. Deserves a pay rise as they are amazing.

I was a bit worried after scrolling negative reviews and worrying what our one family holiday of the year was going to be like but I honestly had nothing to worry about. We got a lovely room in block 4000. The room was modern, a good size - with a comfy double bed and two singles through a sliding door, the aircon was brilliant too. We stayed by the quieter pool over there which I would recommend and could still get sunbeds at 9am. The waterpark is also fantastic! We would spend the morning by the pool and the afternoons in the waterpark and my kids went on plenty of slides, my son is nearly 6 and is just over the height limit so was able to ride them all. The lifeguards are quite strict but they are just following the rules set by the hotel to keep everyone safe. The food was good, typical breakfast (shoutout to the lady making omelettes each morning she’s so friendly and made a delicious omelette) we used the snack bar at lunch where it was constantly stocked with gyros, pizza, burgers, hotdogs and chips - always fresh and tasty. The ‘themed’ nights were lacking a bit in the evening buffet, but we always found something to eat and I have allergies so the chef would always come and explain what was safe for me to have. We also ate at the Italian and street burger - both good experiences. These have to be booked on an app that you get when you check in. The entertainment wasn’t really our thing but the staff worked hard to make it fun for little ones and the bars did get busy - but never too crazy we just made sure to get 2 drinks at a time (3 is the limit per person each time). We enjoyed going to the old town once in the evening and once in the daytime and we used the shuttle service in the hotel for ease. You just scan the QR code on reception and book online. Overall we’ve had a brilliant week the staff all work so hard and are so friendly. Top tips: Take your own cups and fill them with drinks for by the pool. Book your Al a carte restaurant as soon as you arrive by downloading the app they give you the code for when checking in - I recommend the Italian. Try the quieter pool next to block 4000. The little shop outside the hotel is great for inflatables and little souvenirs.

Sadly this hotel didn't live up to our expectations. Room was dated and air con barely worked, had to have it on full to feel slightly cool, but then it was so noisy and we couldn't leave it on over night if we wanted to get any sort of sleep. Guests in the corridors at 1am have zero consideration for anyone sleeping. Lots of broken tiles round the pool areas. Main pool is an absolute joke and all sunbeds taken by 6am. We don't go on holiday to get up at the crack of dawn. We found a quiet pool in the annex area of the hotel, but it is very run down and the sunbeds are awful, broken ripped and uncomfortable. Along with the ripped and thread bare umbrellas. The grounds really need some TLC, lots of dead plants and cracked floors. There is a building between the main hotel and the annex which is full old mattress' and rubbish! Water park is ok, but no pool to cool off in unless you use the splash park. Food very repetitive and cold. The restaurant is like a cattle market. Drinks are flat and tasteless. We booked into the Italian restaurant and it was ok but they charged us for drinks. Beach is ok, Stoney so take beach shoes, waves were quite rough but we didn't mind this. Shame people don't know how to take their rubbish with them. Again sunbeds and umbrellas are in need of replacement. Location is very remote and the bus into Rhodes town is hot and busy, Rhodes old town itself is beautiful though. Staff are friendly but i didn't see a couple of altercations at the the reception area. Cant comment on the entertainment team as we never got to use the main pool or get a seat of an evening. Small things could make this hotel so much better, Sadly i would not return to this hotel.
