Sorry this is late we are busy at home. We arrived this year in June had a great time. We had a superior family room sea view. The first day there was a leak in upstairs bathroom which came through into ours because it was going to take time to be sorted out we was moved 2 doors down. A thank you to receptionist that was really helpful to get us moved to another room. Animation team played a great part in our holiday very friendly and helpful . The Greek restaurant was really nice plenty of food and cocktail’s it was lovely to be waited on staff was helpful. That was the 2nd time of our visit to this hotel because we enjoyed it we have all ready booked for next year in June 2027 Not forgetting the sun bed man who done a really good job always sun beds thank you. See you next year.

This is a fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout, fantastic service from all the friendly staff and a wonderful private beach front. We went the week before the school summer holidays so were always able to find a nice set of beds on the beach, but had to be down there by 8am for this and stay there as to the hotels credit, they do remove towels if beds left unattended before breakfast ends. This is a real positive. The standard sun beds are not very comfortable but the cushioned ones that line the beach are amazing! Perfect for an afternoon nap! Take some shoes if you want to swim in the sea as the pebbles are uncomfortable on the way in but the water is crystal clear, lovely and warm and a few meters away from the bar! The evening sunsets on the beach are spectacular. The food has been excellent throughout, every sitting has been enjoyable. Lovely poached eggs every morning and beautiful fruit. Only one disappointment in that there’s no open grill cooking cuts of meat. But there is plenty of choice. We chose to eat later to be able to get a table at the sea front but everything is fully stocked until the end of service and we enjoyed the restaurant more at this time when less busy. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, maid service was excellent, we did have to ask for a mat for the shower as it was very slippery and quite dangerous. Some of the evening shows were of a very high quality and there’s a rock bar just down the road if you want a change. The alcoholic drinks on the all inclusive are very, very weak, that was disappointing, although they tasted fine and there’s a big selection. We visited the Farma petting zoo which was a brilliant morning out and we spent a full day in the old town which is well worth a visit. All arranged through the hotel and well priced. The entertainment team, life guard and bar staff are all really friendly and a credit to the hotel. The road outside is very busy, be careful as the crossing markings are worn and many drivers won’t stop! There’s a great little gym up the road for €7 if you want to train and a big grocery shop opposite that. Overall it was a great holiday and we thoroughly recommend.

“Great hotel but room location could be an issue.”

Great hotel, very clean, decent entertainment, friendly staff and good facilities. Lost a point for, the low number rooms are very close to the main road and the noise is bad into the early hours. We had room 403 after paying Jet2 extra for a sea view ( couldn’t have been much further from the sea … more

Great hotel, very clean, decent entertainment, friendly staff and good facilities. Lost a point for, the low number rooms are very close to the main road and the noise is bad into the early hours. We had room 403 after paying Jet2 extra for a sea view ( couldn’t have been much further from the sea ). Overall enjoyed the Holiday. Would recommend the hotel if you could guarantee a room away from the road.

Just back from a 10 day trip to this beautiful beachfront resort. We arrived late at night but received a friendly welcome and were shown to where we could get refreshments straight away. Unfortunately our room was pretty basic and the air conditioning was not working properly so after 2 very hot and uncomfortable nights we were moved to a different room. Thankfully the air conditioning here was excellent although the room was smaller and although very clean, was a little shabby ( broken air vent falling off, cracked toilet seat, blocked shower drain, bed not fitting g snugly along the wall so stuck out as a trip hazard) That did not spoil our holiday as we literally only showered and slept there. Days were spent on the beach or exploring the island. Plenty of comfy beach sunbeds available. Beach shoes are a must for getting in and out of the sea. The food was fantastic and so much choice Queuing for drinks was a pain, could have done with self service soft drinks at all the bars. Also, nowhere near enough sun loungers around the pool, we couldn’t get a bed by the pool at all despite being up and about early. Maybe would suggest less chairs and more loungers. Evening entertainment was brilliant with some great singers and the small animation team of 4 worked tirelessly at their jobs. Overall the hotel was spotlessly clean and all staff were friendly and helpful.
