Our stay at Atrium Platinum in Greece was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had fantastic facilities throughout. The food was exceptional every single day, with plenty of variety and excellent service in all of the restaurants. A special thank you to Almpi from Chromata, Eftichia from the front desk, Dimitra from Porfyra, and Aggelos from the lobby restaurant for always being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming during our stay. The biggest thank you goes to Anna from the front desk. She truly made our experience unforgettable. From helping us with our room upgrade to assisting us with anything we needed during our stay, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Anna was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was how engaging and playful she was with my daughter — it was so refreshing and heartwarming to see someone genuinely care about making families feel comfortable and happy. A huge thank you as well to all the staff at the pool area and both lobby restaurants for their outstanding hospitality and service throughout our holiday. Every member of staff made us feel valued and relaxed. The atmosphere of the hotel was luxurious yet comfortable, the cleanliness standards were exceptional, and the attention to detail across the entire resort was second to none. It’s rare to find a hotel where every aspect exceeds expectations, but this one certainly did. We will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Greece. P.S. Give Anna a promotion — she truly deserves it!

“Porfyra restaurant”

Excellent service in the Porfyra restaurant. Our waitress Dimitra was so attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was fabulous. Had such a lovely evening here we have booked another visit here before we return home

We had 12 nights in and Executive Sea View Suite with All Inclusive + package with Jet2 Possibly the best All Inclusive we have experienced, proper brands, very few restrictions, proper bottles of wine at dinner, daily restock of in-room mini bar, no restrictions on returning to the A La Carte restaurants and no restrictions on how many courses you can order..! We’ve not even had that in Dubai! Staff were all attentive, felt very welcomed. We were greeted on the first day by Claudio guest relations manager and we saw him and plenty of other managers during our stay always interacting with guests to ensure everything is good. Poolside drinks and food ordering made simple with the hotel App, and all requests accommodated, can order food ‘your way’ ie the sauce on the side or cocktails without the sugar added. We have been to many other hotels where there are so many restrictions. Hotel is large and clean. So many parts to explore. Gym and Spa good, tennis, paddle tennis, squash. Very impressed to see how often the public areas especially toilets are cleaned. Good to see pool side management ensuring sun beds are not reserved from early morning. In fact there no need to save beds as there are plenty. Evening entertainment daily til around 11pm. Lots of random additional daytime or sunset entertainment as well, saxophone round the pool, Mickey and Minnie for the kids, sunset guitar by the pool which can be enjoyed from the bar or either of the the two outside speciality restaurants. We paid extra for the weekly Lobster tasting menu which was well worth it. But if you want to stick to the freebies then even the ice creams and waffles are included in the All Inclusive package. Outside the hotel there is a connection to the beach, bars and restaurants. The walk to Rhodes itself is fairly easy alongside the sea. Overall good value for money. Shout outs to Demetrius and Chrisovalantis at the pool, Almpi in the main bar, but most of all to all those involved in keeping the facilities clean and tidy. Looking to return in September!
