We were very glad for have a family stay at your hotel. The food and drinks were of very good quality and we would like to thank all colleague on work in calender week 43 (from 18th to 26th. 10) for a very nice experience! However, a few remarks as well: _ one of the pool guards was directly unfriendly toward us and our baby. If you have a baby policy then you should either send it before arrival or have security wests to borrow. -we missed some kids staff at the pool, all pools were very beautiful but not very family friendly (and cold). -for the fruit platter: why is it not possible to have only watermelon as a chosen fruit if one does not like pineapple etc? Thank you again and we hope to be back some day!

That was a wrap for our stay in that well organised hotel.First things first , the hotel itself is spotless and nice decorated ( special mention the nice birds at the reception). Guest services were in another level. Klaudio went through sales and website to provide us the nexts years prices and recommended us when and what type of room suits us.Even though the hotel is not operating now ,we called and asked for klaudio and he went above and beyond to help us to go through the process of the booking .Mr. Rodis the hotel manager who most of the time was going around the hotel making sure that our stay is pleasant or in case we had any issues during our vacations, he made us feel like home.The staff is making the hotel to stood out . “Amazing hotel & Excellent staff!!! Going back next year for 3rd year running!”

Where do I start!? We rated them 5 star again! We stayed here last year, had free upgrade on room, had an absolutely amazing time. The staff were fantastic and memorable. We came back and stayed 18 nights! Originally 14 nights but decided to stay longer and were offered a great deal. Staff remembered us and our 2.5yr old! ALL the staff are very genuine and can't do enough for you. The pictures you see online ARE actually what you'll see in real life! The food is just fantastic too, we stayed in to have the evening buffets several times, the Asian, Rhodian and Greek nights were just lovely, and the selection almost too much! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The views are great too. The swimming pool area is great, and very clean too, water a bit chilly in October but never mind 🤷‍♂️ The kids club and play area is also a lot of fun. So many little touches like free ice-cream for our son a few times, champagne in our room and many other things makes for memories. Room service brilliant as well. Already booked 14 nights next October again! ... As I said, ALL the staff are amazing but a special shout out to... Dimitra, Sindy, Sotiris, Aphrodite, Giouly, Valadis, Johan, Matina, Emanouela, Ilanna, Christos, Sophia and George! And the manager Antonis, who also is very polite, professional, funny and generous! Can HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
