Fantastic holiday but … Firstly just got to say this is one of the most friendly and helpful hotels I have ever stayed in. The bar staff, Dimitris, Thomas, Alket and Chris (just to mention a few) were amazing, thank you for making our holiday. Buffet was good but if you get a chance to eat at the Brunch/American/Greek (same restaurant just different times) then you will be served by amazing staff such as Sokrates, Fotini, Dimitris, Ronelyn, Florian and Irene (again just a few names I could remember). Also a special mention to the cleaner who helped me get my ring out of the sink plug hole (room440). The only downside BUT only for a short time was the beach bar and toilets not being ready yet as they are in the process of being updated and supplies were running behind. I feel it is a good excuse to go on holiday there again soon. Helpful info … about an hour from the airport and only half hour on bus to Lindos. Few shops, bars and supermarket right outside. No proper gym at hotel but between beach and hotel was a very quiet road which was used by runners. Overall, probably a 4* hotel with 5* staff

Great stay from start to finish! The hotel facilities were spotless everywhere you looked — easily one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms, pool areas, restaurants, and public spaces were all maintained to such a high standard and made the whole experience even more relaxing. What truly made this hotel stand out though was the entertainment team. Everlina, C, Nino, Louann, and Alex were honestly the best entertainment team I’ve ever seen at any hotel. They were so friendly, chatty, welcoming, and full of energy every single day. They made such a huge effort with everyone and created an amazing atmosphere around the hotel. Whether it was activities during the day or entertainment in the evening, they were always smiling and made sure everyone was having a great time. Evelina was fantastic, we did yoga and aqua gym with her and she was always so inclusive friendly and amazing at what she does. We were here for my 21st birthday and the entertainment team was so great with this. Nino was able to arrange that They made some time in the evening to sing happy birthday and gift me a bottle of bubbly this made the evening so special and a great memory. You can tell they genuinely care about guests enjoying themselves, and they completely made the holiday unforgettable. Massive credit to all of them — they are a huge reason we would come back again! I truly hope each of them receive the recognition they deserve for making this hotel as brilliant as it is. The food was okay. A bit repetitive and the queues were quite long for the live cooking but we did always find something to eat and the snacks by pool and the crepes were nice too. Stella at the pool bar was always very pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

we had a fantastic time at this hotel resort would think the five star is slightly optimistic as it’s showing its age a little bit withthe accommodation i.e. paint fading cracks in doors and dated bathrooms lobby area and reception area. Fantastic food is above what you’d expect in an all-inclusive à la carte restaurants very good but more to the point. The staff in the bars by the pool cleaners were just fantastic. Maybe that’s where the five star comes into cause I definitely give five star Service would I go again? Yes, I probably would. I enjoyed it that much once again thank you for a lovely week Big shout out to Alex and Stella at the pool bar made the best cocktails.

Overall we had a pleasant stay but this is definitely not a 5* hotel. Lovely setup like a small village and beautiful views and the entertainment team were very friendly. However, the rooms are outdated and the showers are awful, no pressure and often cold. We booked a double room and had 2 single beds pushed together which was very annoying and uncomfortable. The beach was under construction which was very disappointing and not as advertised on the website. The food was average and not much choice for an all inclusive and long queues at the bars. We did raise these issues to the manager and received a load of excuses and did not care.
