We stayed in an executive family room with a shared pool, and it was fantastic! Spacious with separate spaces for us and the children (foldable doors), a king bed and two singles. We had a complimentary mini-fridge of drinks (water, beer, fizzy drinks) that was re-filled every other day. We also had complimentary toothbrushes/ razors/ shower caps. The balcony was spacious and led straight to the infinity pool overlooking the beach. The pool was fairly quiet, and we often had it to ourselves. A five minute walk up hill took you to the main building, pool, slides etc. Staff were incredibly attentive, and the animation team seemed great although ours only wanted to go to the bubble party. They were friendly but not pushy. The restaurant had a huge variety of food on offer. Sometimes there was a short wait to be seated but we never had to, and staff dealt with the huge volume of people really well. There was no availability in the three themed restaurants, which was a pity, but they gave us complimentary tickets to the beach BBQ (served in a beautiful restaurant) to compensate for this. Drinks were an additional charge here but not expensive. The slides and splash park were perfect for primary aged children who could be overwhelmed by teenagers at bigger water parks. The smaller pool here was lovely too, and much less lively than the main pool. My only gripe was ‘towel-gate’. On day 1 we had nowhere to put our things as the loungers were taken by 7.30am ish. We therefore did the same the following day only to have our towels removed; pot luck I guess. They said it was because they were left for more than an hour but the majority had them there a very long time! We found out on our last afternoon that you could ask for additional loungers kept aside, which we’d have done had we known. The shop on site was brilliant, stocking a huge range of suncream (which we needed!), clothes, inflatables, snacks, phone accessories, souvenirs etc. Kiotari itself is limited in its offering of shops, bars etc but that made no difference to us as the resort was fab. The local bus stopped right outside the hotel, which we used to visit Lindos which was 20 minutes away. This hotel deserves 5 star status!

“Great hotel and amazing poolside bar with staff that work so very hard.”

We had such a great time here. The all inclusive was excellent. The selection and constant options were a joy although contributed to an expansive waste line. The poolside bar staff were so attentive and work so hard. They never stop and always with a smile. The entertainment for kids is great but there could be more for adults especially as the hotel isn’t near much so the evening can get a little boring and after tea we mostly went back to our room. That was the only thing that could make this holiday better. The Greek ala carte could be improved but the other ala carte were great and again so generous tnat they are included in the all inclusive. The setting is beautiful and the hotel looks spectacular at night. We will be so sorry to leave but we have missed our pets so returning home after 10 days will be welcomed but not because of this hotel which I would highly recommend. Just retuned from a week here and had a lovely time. There are so many positives I could list about the hotel: - My boys loved the crepe station and were often there multiple times a day -The views were stunning -The grounds are spotless - Lots of food options - especially enjoyed the beach snack bar at lunch time - The Bubble Party was a hit with my children - great fun!! - Rooms were modern and mini fridge stocked up every other day - I had a back, neck and shoulder massage and I have to say it’s the best one I’ve ever had!!! Only real negatives are that there are a lot of flies in the main buffet restaurant due to the doors being open. And, despite sharing my son’s allergy information with the hotel prior to arrival and have it listed on our booking, little was done to accommodate. The hotel would benefit from allergy labelling on dishes - there are signs up with the allergies around the hotel but nothing on individual dishes. I asked the head chef a couple of times what my son could eat but this became a chore and he was not always available. I was also told there would be Mango Sorbet instead of ice cream but we never saw any of this.
