Amazing experience, the place is so nice that you feel like you are in a different world . We stayed just few hours before our flight departure to relax at the pool and eat really delicious food (special thanks to our waitress Martha) . The staff was really helpful especially Nikoleta at reception who did our stay an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend to visit it !!

“Amazing Villa Stay”

We upgraded from the Kolymbia Bay Art Boutique Hotel thanks to the opportunity from the owner. It was well worth the money. The villa was amazing! The pool was lovely and well maintained. We upgraded from the Kolymbia Bay Art Boutique Hotel thanks to the opportunity from the owner. It was well worth the money. The villa was amazing! The pool was lovely and well maintained. We had cleaners every day who were always so friendly. It was a great space with plenty of space for all of us - something we really appreciated. Especially since the new location was closer to the main strip in Kolymbia than before. It made going out very easy especially since we hired a car, which we were also able to park outside of our villa. The main building was impeccable! Everything was new and clean, so obviously well taken care of. The breakfast every morning was incredible, especially the seating outside which was so lovely to enjoy the morning sun. The staff were beyond amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating that it was such a shame to have to say goodbye. Every breakfast or trip to the bar was an experience that our entire family enjoyed and will treasure for years. Thank you to everyone who was there and made it our best holiday!

Our stay at The Landmark Hotel in Rhodes was nothing short of paradise! The Villas: Absolutely mind-blowing. They are beautifully designed and equipped with every single amenity you could possibly need. The Pool: Stunningly gorgeous—the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. Service & Cleanliness: The level of cleanliness and the standard of service throughout the hotel are truly exceptional. Everything was flawless. The Food: The à la carte breakfast was spectacular and delicious every single morning. A very special and massive thank you to the amazing Nicoletta! From the very first moment we arrived, she was there for us for every question, request, or small detail, always with the warmest smile and the best energy. We had an unforgettable vacation and cannot recommend this place highly enough! We will definitely be back.

“A good concept, definitely not 5-star”

We stayed in villa 1006 which is one of the 3-bedroom villas. We had a lovely welcome by Nikoleta and the restaurant stayed open so that we can have dinner due to our late arrival. We stayed in villa 1006 which is one of the 3-bedroom villas. We had a lovely welcome by Nikoleta and the restaurant stayed open so that we can have dinner due to our late arrival. The resort is clearly still being developed with some areas looking unkept and definitely not the immaculate 5-star experience we were hoping for. Although well appointed, our villa was decorated with old furniture in need of a complete revamp. The shower head holder in the downstairs bathroom was broken. Kitchen cupboards doors looked scuffed and unable to fully close. The private garden with a lovely swimming pool was great. The pool area could benefit from additional lighting including underwater lighting to make the best of the warm evenings. Breakfast is served at the resort restaurant and is al carte. Thus is also available as room service by ordering on the resort app. The variety was ok but definitely not up to 5-star standard. The restaurant and bar lunch and dinner menus were of a much better standard. The bar serves a great variety of well-made cocktails. My husband and I enjoyed a 6-wine tasting expertly presented by the lovely Martha. My daughter and I had facials which were ok but a lot less indulgent than hoped for. Overall, the resort offers a great concept of a quiet and relaxing holiday experience geared up towards self-catering in your own villa. On our last afternoon we had to complain due to the neighbours in the villa next to us having a screaming argument for about 90 min. Reception staff dealt with it quickly however this did ruin the experience of our last day’s stay. The resort is an easy 5-10 min walk from shops, bars and restaurants. Kolymbia is predominantly tourist low-key place with a beach 5 min from the hotel. You will definitely need to consider hiring a car to benefit from the bbq/ cooking facilities in the villa as the nearest supermarkets offer only basic provisions. Overall, we had a good stay but a few negatives that made it less than perfect.
