We were advised by Easyjet holidays prior to travelling that construction was happening in front of the hotel but was told that it would cause little disruption so we decided to continue with the holiday. We are very glad that we did. Fortunately we were on the third floor so we were still able to see the sea above the construction. There was a little noise, but it was not a big issue. The staff, we found could not do enough for us - they were all really very friendly. The breakfast was lovely with two 'specials' every day. Lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, breads, honey and jams, together with a hot buffet if wanted. The food in both the restaurant and the pool bar was excellent. The hotel room itself was a good size, the only criticism I have was the bathroom was a little small but it was adequate - the room was cleaned daily The location was ideal - bus stop outside the hotel, a few minutes walk from the beach and 10/15 mins from the main street where there were bars and restaurants. All in all, we all had a lovely holiday and would definitely consider returning.

Mum & Daughter, 65 & 31 A very pleasant stay, staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived very late in the evening around 10pm and the man at reception was waiting for us and expected our arrival, carried our bags and showed us to our rooms and a quick explanation of where everything is. The room, lovely, basic, everything you need for a base to stay. Kettle, hair dryer, mini fridge and iron all provided. All rooms have “pool view” this is of the small private pool for the swim up rooms and not of the main pool area. Perhaps some areas could be cleaner but I would say that’s being picky, the rooms and clean and functional. Don’t be put off by scare mongering pictures. There is currently a hotel being built in front which unfortunately has taken the sea view however the building work did not disrupt our stay, noise was minimal. Breakfast is a standard continental, some hot options include, bacon and egg, there are also daily specials you can order from the kitchen. Cold meats & cheese, pastries and yoghurts, a selection of fruits. The pool are and bar are wonderful, selection of lovely food to order and cocktails, super friendly staff! The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, I would recommend if it is raining or a cooler day to walk up to the other bus stop as once the bus is full it does not stop at the hotel - it drives past. Alternatively a taxi is €47-50 to Rhodes town The hotel is a bit of a walk to the nearest bars / restaurants, roughly 15/20 mins. Overall, we had a lovely stay for a quick 4 day break, I have been coming to Greece for many years and would say this is a very modern hotel in comparison to ones I have stayed in recently

“Great, stay just one issue”

We arrived at 10.30pm a week ago , and we were welcomed by a gentleman on reception who helped us check in and them showed us to our room (swim up rooms on th front of the hotel The bar closed at 11 so we put the cases in then went for a drink after a long day's travel , the bar stay was amazing from start to finish , they wouldn't even let us pour our own drinks , very kind people and credit to the hotel Breakfast was always fresh and so much to choose from , every day, they had two different specials. Also, the staff was great in the restaurant We had a swin up pool, which, in my opinion, was great . It was opposite the new hotel being built, but I found it was never an issue as the waterfalls drowned out the noise (this is not the hotels fault this is happening feel people need to remember that) The room was good , the bed was so comfortable, it was perfect for us , completely wine on arrival and water and juice in the fridge The only thing that has an issue is the cleaners. we were there for 7 days, and the bed was not changed once , we did get fresh towels every day and bed made, but that was about it , I also have a had some headphones go missing which was very odd I had left them in my cable case placed on the dressing table , that I keep all my wires in come to go home and went to get them for the plane and they had gone , VERY DISAPPOINTED would i go back yes but only because the other staff was great I didn't report this as I thought I would check everything when I got home , I have not found them Kolymbia is a great please
