Relax hotel is a charming hotel located a stones throw from the local beaches, 3 in total two smaller and one large beach. The staff are all very warm and welcoming, they are friendly and helpful, and genuinely nice people. The food service is excellent, and the quality and variety of food is exceptional, having travelled here with a VERY fussy eater, I can confirm that there is something for everyone, from fresh salads, local dishes, various meat dishes, rice dishes and even chips. The breakfast is well varied between a standard “full English” to cereals, pancakes and croissants. The eating areas are well maintained and very clean with staff clearing tables rather than the customer. The room we have is spacious and has a pool to the rear, shared with the adjoining rooms, as well as the main pool, it’s perfect for an all inclusive location and is cleaned every other day with fresh towels daily. The atmosphere is calm and quiet and very relaxed among the current visitors, and in my opinion, the value for money is extremely satisfying, it so enjoyable im planning to visit again next year if not sooner.

We upgraded to a swim up room and this is definitely worth doing. Room is good and aircon works. Locks on sliding doors were broken, we asked for it to be fixed on the first day and they weren’t done. Rooms and hotel were clean. The real downside of this hotel is as follows: Small niggle - You have to pay for WiFi - it’s not expensive but when you pay you expect it to work perfectly and it doesn’t Massive problem - the food and drink is truly awful - bad enough that we just bit the bullet and ate out in the evenings. Most all inclusives aren’t perfect but the food here is terrible. Everything is over cooked, poor selection, clearly very low quality ingredients and coupled with poor cooking makes for a very bad food experience. The drinks are so weak it’s not even funny.

Location is great for kolympia within 5 minute walk to nearest restaurants and beach, quiet area and not a great taxi service in area as have to rebook a few hours in advance but overall enjoyed location for a week max. The atmosphere in the hotel was very “keep to yourself” amongst other guests, we were the only British guests in what I would consider peak season, not to say people were literally rude but also not very friendly most probably because of language barrier which wasn’t a massive deal for us and we met one other family who were next to us and very kind can’t speak for round the pool as booked swim up pool which would highly recommend but irregardless staff were relatively nice not over talkative but did what was needed. The rooms were nice but missing a few important details. The cleaners came everyday with fresh towels and bedding at around 9/10am but to help them with awkwardness hotel really need to invest in the signs for outside of doors to request housecleaning or do not disturb. The rooms in my opinion could do with some wall art or something of the sorts to make it feel less basic but overall very clean, modern bathroom and dressing area. Definitely stingy with towels and pillows only one per person whereas 2/3 pillows per person should be standard and at least 2 body towels and 1 hand towel should be standard. The fridge in the room should come with a few drinks in for customers disappointing to turn up late in the evening and couldn’t even have a cooling drink. There should be a phone in the room to contact reception directly as well as make requests like room service which once again you expect in a hotel especially all inclusive and in addition to phones when arriving at night no one was manning reception and we had to sit in the warmth for 30 minutes awaiting someone to turn up as their phone wasn’t being answered and there wasn’t an out of hours/ emergency line. The hotel should accept card at all times for items such as tourist tax and WiFi or at least advertise that you are expected to pay in cash on arrival, thankfully the receptionist allowed us to come back in the morning to settle it however if we’d had known beforehand preparations could’ve took place. With paying all inclusive I assumed items like WiFi and beach towels come included but they are at an additional charge with WiFi being €5 per week PER DEVICE which includes the TV in the room if u want to use WiFi on it. On top of this after paying for the WiFi the signal in our room was non existent so suggest adding extension boxes in some rooms. In the rooms should be a kettle with tea and coffee for late risers but they do serve at the pool bar till early evening in all fairness. Breakfast should include a toaster had to suffice with cold bread with jam on it. Overall in regards with all inclusive it was incredibly poor, I am not a picky eater however the options for me were very limited, bland and samey each day giving school cafeteria vibes. No real options for kiddies even adding things like burgers and hotdogs would help but unfortunately had to eat out constantly. For drinks, only 6 different cocktails available only after 3pm and other alcohol throughout the day was limited (only one draught beer and no Malibu 🤯). Overall despite having to bring to light the above issues it was nice for the week but wouldn’t do all inclusive again and hope the hotel can improve itself from my pointers.
