Can't fault this incredible Hotel. The team have made everything we could dream of and more from our holiday. Food is healthy and of a high quality. Restaurants easy to book. Premium drinks throughout the Hotel. Transfer to Lindos easy and luxury vehicles, complimentary, twice per week. Kids club attentive and the kindest staff. Little train from outside the Hotel takes you to other beaches and shops to explore, 6 days a week. Massages, the best muscle therapy I have experienced! Needed a Dentist and Dr during our stay and appointments given within an hour - the team are well connected! Gym highest quality equipment, great tennis court, and enjoyed pilates on the beach, all inclusive! Entertainment relaxing and engaging, for socialising in the evening. Special mention to Michelle, George, Stavros, Katarina, Andreas, Andrea and Daniel! A property where you go home feeling full of health, rest and rejuvenated! Value for money - absolutely, and some!

“Good 4-Star Hotel, But Some Way Short of a 5-Star Ultra All-Inclusive Experience”

This hotel has the potential to be fantastic, but unfortunately a lack of attention to detail lets it down. What’s frustrating is that many of the issues we experienced would be relatively simple to address and could significantly improve the overall guest experience. The hotel has two lovely bars. The beach/pool bar is in a beautiful setting and could be a fantastic evening venue, but it closes at 6:30pm, which feels like a missed opportunity and leaves the area underutilised. The evening bar is located in a courtyard where entertainment is provided each night, although we found the entertainment to be quite disappointing. It was also a haven for mosquitoes. We were told the hotel has a significant mosquito problem, and every guest we spoke to had numerous bites. Bringing a strong insect repellent is essential. Even simple measures such as citronella candles around the seating areas could help. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay, and despite emailing reception twice before our arrival and acknowledgment from them, no arrangements were made. This was particularly disappointing. The staff were consistently pleasant, hardworking, and genuinely tried to help whenever possible. However, it often felt as though they were being let down by management and a lack of organisation behind the scenes. The buffet restaurant was fairly limited in choice, and as many previous reviews have mentioned, the food was often not hot enough. Food labelling was also inconsistent, which could be problematic for guests with allergies or dietary intolerances. Unfortunately, because we didn’t book the à la carte restaurant immediately upon arrival, we were unable to secure a reservation for the entire week as it wasn’t open every day and was already fully booked. Our room was spacious and generally clean—when it was serviced. During our seven-night stay, housekeeping failed to clean our room on two separate occasions despite the room-cleaning indicator being activated. Even after raising the issue with reception, it wasn’t cleaned with fresh towels, which simply isn’t acceptable. Pool cleanliness was another concern. During our stay, the pools were not cleaned regularly, and green algae had begun forming around the edges. The tables beside the sunbeds were only cleaned once throughout the week, and overall the pool area felt neglected and poorly maintained. We were fortunate as early risers to secure sunbeds each morning, but there are clearly not enough loungers for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Overall, this is a good 4-star hotel, but it currently falls quite a long way short of the 5-star ultra all-inclusive standard it advertises. Location - The hotel is a 30 minute bus/taxi ride to Lindos and there are no smaller towns in walking distance. The taxis can be expensive and the bus timetable it a little hit and miss Value for money: We left feeling somewhat short-changed. Would we return? Probably not. We have stayed in significantly better 5-star resorts in Rhodes and elsewhere in Europe for a similar price point.

“Most relaxing”

Such a relaxing stay. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Feel like you are in a village more than a resort. Food and drinks were delicious and fresh. So many salad options. Room was very nicely decorated and always clean. We loved the yoga and pilates classes on offer. Would definitely recommend.

There is nothing wrong with hotel at all, just that's it is not 5* Lets start.... If you are not at the pool by 8am you won't get a bed. The pools are tatty and need some tlc. There is nothing wrong with hotel at all, just that's it is not 5* Lets start.... If you are not at the pool by 8am you won't get a bed. The pools are tatty and need some tlc. The beach area had lots of bed but is you do not have athletic knees you will never get out of the thing. The cocktails were really awful. The majority of the beverage staff did not have a clue. A couple were ok, but on the whole, rubbish. They don't clear the pool area until the end of the day, so there is rubbish around. The staff in the buffet area never once offered to get us a drink other than water. When I asked for a glass of wine, my reply was" I don't speak English". Food on the whole was good and a lot of choice. The grounds are beautiful and quite clean. We had a bungalow with a small pool. Pool area was good but pool needed cleaning and some remedial work. We had an issue with a thick line of mould all around the bathroom. I pointed this out at the front desk and explained we were going out and would like this put right whilst we were out. We came back 5 hours later only to find they had done nothing. I called again and 2 member of staff came and cleaned it. This situation should never had happened, surely the regular cleaners could seen the mould. They are completing some work on the site but the rooms that were half started should not have been let until they were completed. Definitely not 5*.
