We are a large family of 9 (4 adults 5 children) booked across 2 rooms, for 10 nights. 1 room was set up for 4 and the other for 5. The hotel was clean, the housekeeping service was available daily, however we were happy to not require it more than once, and they gave us toilet roll when we requested! We arrived quite late in the evening of the first night, as we checked in we were offered a tortilla wrap to eat. Shown to our rooms and we settled down for the night. The tourist tax was €10 per night per room so we paid €200 euros for that, we paid cash but they did say card was possible too. The buffet breakfast was the same every day, toast and cereal available, friend breakfast, pancakes, pastries. Hot drinks, cold drinks and plenty of fruit and salads. Lunch was at the outside bbq bar, every day there were some meat skewers, chips and pizza, but other things did change from day to day, 1 day there were gyros, we had chicken burgers, sausages, pasta, potato dishes etc, and watermelon. Dinner was again buffet, different options every day, the menu was posted outside the restaurant from after lunch. Ice cream was available during lunchtime and evening meal times, pistachio, chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and banana. Always salads and fruits available too. The staff at the restaurant were lovely, particularly the restaurant manager and 1 of the guys who cleared the tables, Jayson. Both these men made the holiday even more lovely than it was, due to their special attention to our family, and interactions. Another memorable member of staff was Romar at the bar, always happy and smiling. But I must say that all the staff we met were lovely, very smiley, respectful, greeting us whenever they saw us. There isn't a huge amount to do in the area around the hotel, we did go exploring a couple of times, but we mainly stayed at the hotel. 1 of our rooms opened out onto a pool area with sun loungers available, we mainly used that pool each day. It was shady in the mornings until around lunchtime, when we would go for lunch, then back to the airconned rooms for a siesta during the hottest part of the day, before another dip in the pool before dinner! Again, lovely hotel, lovely staff. I had read lots of reviews in the lead up to our holiday and had been worried, but honestly, other than a lot of the food being samey, it was a wonderful holiday!

The restaurant serves a large variety of tasty dishes every day.Friendly staff. The team is always helpful and kind to all guests. The place has a warm, cozy atmosphere. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy.Set in a lovely, quiet part of Pefki.Just a few minutes walk to the beach.

Well what can I say. Back from a fantastic 2 weeks with the family. This was our 5th stay in 5 years at this fantastic family run hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff make you feel so welcome. Having a child with a chronic illness is always a worry but the hotel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The food is fresh and the views from the pool are amazing. The lunch menu is great and there is something different to try most days. Evening meals are varied but we do budget to eat out and sample some of the fantastic local restaurants. The rooms are clean with great air con and a safe to use at no charge. Bedding is changed frequently along with towels. Greek hospitality at its best
