Four friends and I stayed at Cooks Club for four nights. Upon our arrival, the staff at the front desk were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Throughout our stay, their service was excellent, and they were always helpful and attentive to our needs. We had two rooms on the ground floor, which were cleaned daily. I am impressed by how many towels we were provided with. They supply white towels for the shower and brown towels for the pool. Hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided by the hotel. The safe in the room is free to use, and there is a kettle provided with tea and coffee-making facilities. Upon arrival, the mini fridge was stocked with bottles of water. The overall atmosphere of the place is very relaxed and easy-going. Although we experienced some noise late at night due to being on the ground floor near the lift, it did not disturb us significantly. The pool area is quite impressive! It features large bean bags and plenty of sunbeds for lounging. The sunbeds are steam cleaned daily, which is a nice touch. The bar staff are always polite and friendly, and I appreciated that food was delivered quickly after ordering. The portion sizes were amazing! While the restaurant food was excellent, my only complaint is that the service was very slow, and it took a long time for the food to be prepared. However, breakfast was outstanding! There was a good variety of options, including cooked eggs, bacon, and all the usual English breakfast favourites, as well as lovely fruit juice, tea, and coffee. Additionally, there was a wide selection of continental breakfast items and plenty of fresh fruits available daily. The variety of milks, including cow's milk, soy, and oat, was also a nice addition. The bread and toast station offered freshly baked bread along with the usual white and brown options. Overall, it was really good value for money! The nearest supermarket for food, if needed, is about a 15-minute walk. There is a little shop in the hotel grounds if you need something urgently, which we found handy. Overall we had a lovely time and would like to thank you all for such wonderful service thoughout our stay!

This hotel is fantastic all round, breakfast was whatever we liked off the saucy menu alongside whatever we liked to drink tea coffee juice. This hotel is fantastic all round, breakfast was whatever we liked off the saucy menu alongside whatever we liked to drink tea coffee juice. The sea view room for just an extra 20 pounds was a great move my partner was delighted to say the least. The terrace is to die for , the Hotel is Chic. All staff gave us whatever we wanted with pleasure. Bluetooth on the TV and screen share didn’t work which okay not the end of the world but would’ve been nice to have our tunes on getting ready and to have Netflix end of the night! Nothing short of excellent 9.5/10

“Right on the beach!”

A modern Hotel, only a few years old. The location is great, in the thick of it, beach, bars and Casino. That comes with noise, so that belongs to the Hotel. A modern Hotel, only a few years old. The location is great, in the thick of it, beach, bars and Casino. That comes with noise, so that belongs to the Hotel. The rooms, in particular those on the seaside, come with a fantastic view at Elli Beach and the Sea. The rooms are nicely done and spacious. The Breakfast is nice and served in a very caring friendly and mannered way by the super friendly staff. Therefore no buffet, a la carte. On top of the Hotel is a small pool and a bar and the views from thee are even more stunning. The only critical issue to be mentioned is the WiFi network, which needs improvements. There are limits own the items per room, which is a bit a thing of the past. I have spoken to the management and they will look at that, to organize it more smoothly.

Amazing located. Very Clean. Nice and amazing attitude. All communication comes with a big smile. Despina and Elena are making everyone feel so good and welcome.
