A lovely hotel, it had everything, I had a great room on the first floor overlooking the swimming pool. A lovely hotel, it had everything, I had a great room on the first floor overlooking the swimming pool. It is broken up into blocks A, B, C, etc. Lovely restaurant with a lot of choice from salad bar to hot food ( although some of it was cold or mixed in the trays), pizza oven, and some very tasty sweets and cakes. The bar had quite a large room with a large patio-type area just outside. They also put on some entertainment in the evenings, ie. Karioke, silly games etc.

Positives Excellent food at breakfast, pool bar and dinner. Staff all throughout the hotel were excellent at their jobs and helped whenever you needed anything. Positives Excellent food at breakfast, pool bar and dinner. Staff all throughout the hotel were excellent at their jobs and helped whenever you needed anything. They really are a credit to this hotel and we were so impressed with the level of service given. Pools were lovely (same depth all around) and sun loungers very clean and comfortable. Close to the airport. Very clean around the hotel, staff always tidying up. Reception very accommodating, helping out with anything you need. Close to Farma petting Zoo which was amazing, the hotel even helped us organise a taxi there and back with ease. We payed for late checkout, 7 euros an hour which was ideal. Negatives Family rooms way way below 4 star standard. These rooms really let the whole hotel down. It is clear they have not been updated in a very very long time (except from the comfy mattresses and blackout curtain). Which is very disappointing as the renovated rooms in the main hotel block look really nice from the pictures. Rooms with bunk beds are even more below standard with extra wood hammered into frame which doesn't help an extremely squeaky frame. Due to this we were kindly moved to the family room with sliding doors but still not up to 4 star standard. Room floors not very clean on arrival but cleaned the following day. Towels in need of a bin, very off white colour clearly very old with holes in many given. We were on the bottom floor and all of these rooms have large bushes instead of a wall which made going out to sit there really difficult due to tons of ants, snails, spiders and loads of other insects covering the floor and coming into the room. Beach very messy, this may be due to out of season visit but sea was beautiful. Lunch in main dinning area not good at all, it was basically left overs from dinner, no kids options. Overall an okay holiday but wouldn't return due to the substandard family rooms. I think this hotel needs to prioritise fixing these rooms especially when it was clear a lot of other guests were unhappy with the conditions of these rooms.
