We had a great time staying at the Sol Cosmopolitan. We stayed for 10 days and had booked all inclusive at a really good price, we enjoyed the variety of food options every night, what was also nice is that there was a bar area outside near the pool at which at lunchtime there were also food and drinks being served. There was entertainment on every evening from Greek night to Bruno Mars, we enjoyed playing pool too at the pool tables behind the bar with a couple of drinks which made our stay even more relaxing and fun. This is a family friendly hotel so although we went as a couple you could see there was a lot of entertainment organised for families with children, there was a main pool which played music (which starts at 10am so something to be mindful about) but if you wanted a quieter time there is a second pool further away from the music, which we preferred. There’s also a beach across the road from the hotel, it’s pebbled of course but there were sunbeds. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless, the beds were comfortable and we had a great sea view, it was also quiet at night so we slept well. A special thanks to Mikel (Mike) who was brilliant he looked after us so well, thanks for the fun chats about fishing and making us delicious drinks! All the staff were incredible, always very attentive, they were all really friendly and chatty and a thank you to Katerina and George too for looking after us as well!

Just returned from a week at the Cosmopolitain, 6 adults and four children. Great family hotel, food was very good, varied, tasty, something for everyone. Pool bar buffet was very good Activity team were great, always lots going on for all ages, making the place have a fantastic vibe. Rooms were spacious, cleaned and new bedding every day, lovely maids, friendly and attentive. Beach just over the road. Everything you need.

Just returned home from a week at the cosmopolitan. When we arrived we were showed to room 32 which was not what we had booked. After contacting the reception we were offered another room which was still not what we had booked. the next day we were moved to a room that was what we had booked. which was very clean and spacious that looked over the main pool and also had a seaview. I would like to thank the the reception team for being so helpful. During our stay we found the Animation team to be great fun. Lesley was a non stop entertainer. Aqua gym was great. I must say the sun beds in the prime areas do get reserved very early sometimes before 6.00 am. I am always awake early and like to have a walk around and without fail every day before 7.00 am a army of staff arrive clean everything all pools are cleaned pool areas are hosed and scrubbed all reception and landing floors moped all litter picked up and bins emptied. I can honestly say the place is very clean. Saving my best review until last we have a 12 yr old daughter who is coeliac. items at the buffet do have notices above stating wheat free. What really impressed us was we spoke to George the head waiter who i can honestly say was so helpfull even when the restaurant was so busy he would go out of his way to get fresh gluten free pasta prepared also pizzas and also brought us gluten free desserts packets of biscuits , also in the morning we were given gluten free bread to be toasted in a seperate toaster and gluten free cereal . Thank You George and your team things like this take so much pressure off parents not having to worry if our children are going to find anything to eat. We had a very nice time at the sol cosmopolitan. From my review i would like to everyone was so helpful and if you need something. Just Ask. Thank You. FRANK ROSS ROOM 476.
