Lovely hotel with very beautiful views of the pool area. wonderful staff who will do anything to make your experience and holiday the best it can be all staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location. Would definitely be returning again.

Over the last 15 years, we have visited Skiathos numerous times, always staying at La Piscine, the top of the island hotel with wow factor. Over the last 15 years, we have visited Skiathos numerous times, always staying at La Piscine, the top of the island hotel with wow factor. Sadly, we now feel that several improvements are required to justify a 5* rating. The following, in particular, should be rectified. Hairdryers require upgrading, holding an extremely hot tube is far from suitable. Broken, uneven tiles around the pool area is dangerous. Toilet in pool area has no lock facility. Broken pieces on the steps entering the hotel certainly do not make you feel you're entering a 5* establishment. Even small changes or additions to the front of the hotel entrance would improve the appearance to 5* The same could be said for new 'Art' additions. Delux rooms are not all the same. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was fine but the other was far from delux. The second room (302)was much smaller with a balcony overlooking a yard of building materials. When we explained our disappointment to reception we received a cold, negative response, again not 5* handling! I would like to end with positive feedback Hotel in great position for town, which we love. and airport . Housekeeping is always of a high standard. Bar staff and waiters are always friendly. A great addition to have a chef at breakfast to prepare egg dishes at your request. Finally, we love Skiathos and do want to return to La Piscine, please, can we see that wow factor and quality return to meet 5*

Rooms are average nothing special , view from room was awful, overlooked a storage area for building products some type of dumping site for building materials. Rooms are average nothing special , view from room was awful, overlooked a storage area for building products some type of dumping site for building materials. This is the only hotel I have been in that felt it had no ambiance . The drinks from the bar were extremely expensive , therefore hardly anyone stayed in the hotel bar in the evening. The staff were very attentive and the best thing about this hotel. I’m sorry but I will not be returning here.

The location was good, food below par. The sunbeds were never available. Stayed 10 nights and never managed to get one. Every morning towels laid out but no one on them. The pool was cold. The staff were excellent and catered for every need. The cost of drinks expensive and not a good choice of men… more

The staff were excellent and catered for every need. The cost of drinks expensive and not a good choice of menu. Whet out 8 nights for food in old part of town. The view from our window stated Mountain View, we saw a builder’s yard full of tiles and solar panels for buildings. The information when booking showed rooms overlooking the pool area. Not in our case. Would l return no l would not. There are plenty of places to stay all around this area.
