Having read some negative reviews, I was a little concerned but I can now say unduly so. Comments regarding the language aren't accurate. Being French but living in London, therefore fluent in both, I can say that all the staff we dealt with, obviously spoke French and their English was pretty good… more

Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist with a warm smile. They made us feel very welcome. The room we were allocated had a balcony and a sea view.
