The rooms are modern, clean and smells good.. the service is ok, when I'm going to have breakfast I'm confused about what to eat, because there are so many variations of food... good job for hotel jatra, keep it up...🌺🌺

we enjoyed staying here friendly staff, clean and great room, we choose a deluxe room and quite broad. breakfast was very good but some of the food is already cold. location was perfect at balikpapan superblock so we can go the mall by walking. all around great place to stay.

“Spacious, conveniently located, but I could not get over the mold/mildew smell in the bathroom”
