Stayed with the family, the hotel is fantastic with superb cleanliness. Service was great from the Security staff at the gate to the Room Attendant. Booked through OTA, stay at #211 & 213, check in process so easy, reception fast response as soon as mentioned name, escort properly. “Nice location”
We stayed in the hotel, quite a large room with great view to the mountain. Quite clean and spacious. The only downside is they don't provide mini fridge inside. Very convenient location if you are planning to visit Jatim parks.

“Nice hotel”
Stayed here a couple of nights during a business trip. The rooms are clean, the bed & pillow are confortable, & it has a nice ambience. The breakfast is ok for functional purpose. The hotel is located a bit at the back, but for me it's not a big issue.
