“Comfortable accommodation in a great location”

Fantastic hotel in a very central location. Easy access to the train station and JL Malioboro. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a very good range of options.

“Neat and comfortable”

We booked superior double. The check in was smooth even if it was late night. Receptions are friendly. We booked superior double. The check in was smooth even if it was late night. Receptions are friendly. The hotel has wheel chair access on the lobby, when u enter the lobby you will find the restaurant and small shop selling souvenirs. Our room has a double bed. The layout of superior room are guest friendly, enough electrical socket. The pillow is comfort enough for me, some are soft although small in size then there are 2 larger pillows. The room has safety box and coffee and tea amenities. The bathroom amenities are basic yet adequate for short trip. They also have hair dryer on request. All in all, it was good but they need to pay attention more to the sheet. Mine still have spots on it. Special thanks to Pak Zaki engineering for check my electric panel when it was off and Ibu Diah or Dian from HK, her response is fast in delivering guest request.

The problem was the building itself which is very dated now, and the bedroom is warn out and paint had stains, bathroom smelt badly of urine. It's not an international quality hotel, I only booked because it was highly rated on trip advisor - the reviews are likely domestic tourists that haven't got the same level of expectation as me. Stay in el Hotel instead its 10x better and the same price.
